"I called several companies and this company was only one who had availability. I should have guessed why. Courteous lady but doesn't listen. I have tenants whose heater went out and two of three are super elderly. When I called in Monday they were able to get someone out on Tuesday between 8-12. No one called me when they were done. My tenants son had to message her to let me know they had left. So, I call and ask if they had finished and she said oh they are barely leaving...which was an hour earlier. But hmm ok. She said they need my email address so they can send quote. I told her I don't use my email address to please call me or I can hold to find out. Well guess what? No call and I wake up today to see an email was sent. I was just on hold 10 minutes and then it says missed called please leave a message. I call back and now they answer. She said yesterday the part was available. She has to call and see if it's available today. She can send guy out today if it is. Let's pray it is in stock today as it was yesterday. This the three star review. Had they actually called me every one would be happy today. This would also have been a five star review post. I hope she actually calls me back and let's me know the status of them finding the part and a time frame when they can go out today???? Jus Sayin"

"I had two unique needs, purchase and install a Breezair evap and install a direct vent fireplace for my home. I first pursued the Breezair job with Don. Don was responsive, on time, and provided a good thorough estimate within a reasonable amount of time. All my questions (and I had many) were answered. Alex and his team of installers did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, kept me informed on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. I contacted the office three months later to report a fault indication on the controller panel. The office staff contacted Alex and he responded within the same day and cleared the blockage and the fault. Totally satisfied with their work and responsiveness I then contacted Don again for the next job (fireplace install). Don brought along Raul for the estimate and again I was presented with a reasonable cost estimate. Julian and his assistant Angel accomplished the install with the same professional care and detail I witnessed on the Breezair job. I highly recommend this business."

Your office needs to up-date your computer program system to where you are able to in-put the customer's info and email them their invoices and your office people pay more attention to detail from the customers. Three days have gone by and your office people still don't get my email address right. Even after repeating it many times letter by letter. I hope I receive my email receipt today.

The negative reviews on here amaze me! This company is great. Our swamp cooler broke, we called them at 10:30am to schedule a quote on having an AC conversion. They came out at 4:40pm the same day, gave us options to choose from and did the install the next day! They are NOT crooked, or dishonest. They are great and I highly recommend

if you deal with this company get ready for continual stream of lies and excuses. called and set an appointment to have my pilot on my heater turned on between 9-12. The receptionist called my office at 7:30 to tell me the serviceman was on his way and would be at my house within the hour. I left work and waited for the serviceman who did not arrive for over an hour and every excuse and lie was used as to why the original appointment was not kept and why the serviceman could not make it when I was told he would be at my house when I arrived or shortly thereafter. i asked that owner of the company call me which did not happen. serviceman did his job when he finally arrived but the customer service of a company is what hurts companies and I will not use this company again.

AC started making strange noises in the evening so put in a Contact Me note on the Dosher website. Received call by 730 the next morning and had tech at my door before 9. Professional, high-quality work! Air is working better than ever. Technician explained everything. So very happy with the services we received.

"Had them come by to give me a quote. They were 4 hours late and they gave me a huge list of things that needed to be repaired and that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I got 2 more quotes from other companies and nothing that times refrigeration had mentioned was actually broken. They were trying to ROB me."
"I recently requested an estimate on roof damage for my home; I was very quickly told that it would not be covered by insurance and that I would need to pay for the repairs myself. I searched for a roofer who can help and Trevino Roofing came out. He immediately spotted hail damage and said I need to file a claim with my insurance. He also offered to come over when the adjuster was there. Initially the insurance said it would not be covered; however, the person from the roofing company came and showed the adjuster the damage. The insurance agreed to pay for a new roof. I wish APEX had did the same thing instead of quickly telling me (within a few minutes) that I would have to pay for the damage myself."

The company sent a 4 man crew and had our new Trane up and running in less than 5 hours. They are always very polite and professional. They also impress me in that they do file inspection reports with the city and have the city inspector come out and okay it."
