This was my first time using Angie's Flowers to say thank you to a super special lady who really helped me and my family :) ! I had read great reviews online about Angie's and decided to give them a try! I'm really glad I did :) ! Our gift recipient was so overjoyed and happy that the floral arrangement arrived so beautifully :D ! She was truly touched :) ! Flowerama was amazing, not only did they call to tell me they weren't sure if they would have the exact flowers because of delivery issues (everyone is having problems right now) but to talk about my delivery instructions. Not only did my mom LOVE her flowers, she sent me a picture and I LOVED them as well, above expectations and the delivery person was so great and waited for my mom to get to the door, I had told them it may take her a while since she just injured her back. I really appreciated that. Top Notch.

I ordered a sunflower bouquet for my grandpa who was in the hospital. I placed the order online since I live in Los Angeles and he is in Silver City. I made sure to place it with a local company and not just a generic flower delivery website so that it would definitely get to the hospital. The order was placed on Friday for a Saturday delivery and almost a week later I found out it was never delivered! When I called them to inquire about it the woman who answered the phone was less than helpful and got more rude as the conversation progressed. Basically, they had no record of my order so of course it was never sent. When I tried to place the order over the phone they were then out of the flowers I requested. If I had been dealing with someone polite and responsive I wouldn't have minded any of this but that was not the case. I didn't bother placing a new order with them but instead called Silver City Floral who were more than happy to assist me.
