"Very small old fashioned truck stop in the middle of nowhere, it has decent overnight truck parking and a restaurant if your hungry."
"This was a good stop. The food on the shelf wasn't what I expected from a truck stop. It was more grocery type take home and cook. That's just an FYI, not a complaint. The chocolate I did end up buying was pretty old though, it was white like aged. It was on sale though, so I realize that was a risk I took. I won't be buying food there in the future. But for a quick stop, it was okay. The employees were busy chatting with each other, but they did wear masks. And they were pleasant enough."
"Just a little grocery shop on the westside. Any place that sells real tortillas (not that mass produced American crap that is so thick you can't even taste anything rolled inside) is golden in my eyes. Valley Supermarket has a couple of different brands of tortillas, some produce, a few other products, a butcher section and some hot food available. It's no Pro Ranch Market, but it gets the job done."
"Convenient and always friendly. From food. All Drinks, sporting goods, fishing gear they even have awesome fresh breakfast burritos. YumThis is always our only stop other than the lake while in Elephant Butte."
"Friendly people & great little store. My rental had a flat tire on Sunday on US-90 from Marfa all the way heading out to Dallas. Tire was completely blown off. When I drove my car with the spare tire to Alpine, I was desperate and out in the middle of nowhere & all auto shops are closed. Headed into the gas station & Sharon was so nice to call the owner of Auto Glass Alpine on the other side of the street for me. Eventually the owner, Vance, from the auto shop came in and helped me put on a tire that I could rely on & drive back home. It's a 500ish miles away and the doughnut would not make it that far away.I'm so thankful for all helps the people here offered me.PS - Because I was in such bad luck, bought a lottery scratch and killed the time waiting Vance."
"April 2021 Sergeant Major Bldv Express Shoppette/Gas station. As long as this shoppette has existed, its convenient location and as many local Military Yelp Elites I know I was surprised to not find this locationin yelp. So here it is..At a great location, in the corner of Old Ironsides Blvd (Globalreach Dr) and Sergeant Major Blvd you will find Sergeant Major Bldv Express Shoppette and gas station. The shoppette is adjacent to a small shopping mall/food court featuring a Barbers shop, pizza hut, subway, burger king with drive thru, and H & R Block. They use to also have an armed forces bank and a GMC but they both shut down during the pandemic.Like all Express shoppette gas stations they sells class six items, coffee, energy drinks, slushies, candy, chocolate, chips, beef jerky, refrigerated sandwiches, protein bars, protein powders, protein shakes, wine openers, a few pharmacy over the counter items, some toiletries, a fee items for your vehicle and some useful items for your military uniform.Ample parking lot. They takeCash, military star card or any chip debit/credit card. There is also a food truck outside during lunch hours. The food served varies on the food truck on that week, it could me Mediterranean, bbq, Caribbean, asian or German. There is also free air pump outside."
"A great place. Of course, being right across the street from my house, I may be a little biased. (Having a convenience store right across the street is very convenient!) They have cold beer, including "loosies" in ice bins right by the checkout! The staff is awesome, and honestly, it's a fun little place. Tiny complaint-- they don't have Redbox, they have this Blue Box movie rental... Hmmm Otherwise, four SOLID stars, and if I'm in a good mood, five! :)"
"Not a bad rest stop! I came here to fuel up and maybe get a snack to eat. I came here because I found the gas prices here to be much more satisfying in comparison to the Exxon a mile up the road. It's actually quite a beautiful station. It was built in a teepee shape, which makes it a unique place to visit. While the price for goods is a little steep in comparison to normal, it is on par with what is to be expected. However, one thing that makes it stand out is it's homemade burritos. I bought a beef, green chili, and potato one, and man was it delicious! Coupled with it's excellent customer service, I would say that a visit to this location is worth a visit, and I highly recommend coming here to fuel up during your trip."
"Conveniently located out of town to save our butts from running out of gas due to our poor planning ! Clean space with just about anything you might need... including Filler up!"
"Great little kitchen for a convenience store! Excellent breakfast tacos and made-to-order hamburgers! Probably the best chicken sandwich in Southwest Texas, I know that might sound silly but it's damn good! If you have time, call in an order and I'll have it ready for you when you walk in.The gas pump area is always kept clean and well-lit at night."
"Murphy's is a corner lot gas station.Gas, air pump, washer fluid, beer, Icees, soft drinks, tobacco, lotto tickets, and candy-bars. Pretty cut and dry; nothing to turn you away from coming back but nothing that warrants a 'wow' factor review."
"Lovely general store. A little of this and that. Great for last minute food supplies and produce. Very friendly and helpful service."

Walked in around 3:00 am to get some snacks before continuing our road trip. As soon as we walked in, there were cockroaches scattering around all over the floor. Walked right back out. No, thank you.

This place is so underrated! I have to share how awesome this neighborhood market is, first it has an amazing cafe inside the market, this is now our designated Saturday morning breakfast place, the menudo and breakfast burritos are excellent and the service is great! The market is chock full of Mexican groceries with a fabulous meat market and bakery! So delicious with great service! Enjoy!

As an Alpine resident that lives on 11th Street, I go to the, Triangle Market, pretty frequently. Also, being someone that works in the service industry, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting, "Sharon:" she was awesome! She was incredibly nice, polite, and went above-and-beyond to ensure incredible customer service... anyone that needs to make a last minute pit-stop on the way to Marfa, stop by the Triangle and see her! .

I was amazed that their diesel actually performed good, for being no-name generic stuff. The store clerks were befuddled on how to print me a receipt for the fuel I pumped (that I need for tax purposes), and printed me out the wrong receipt for the wrong pump, despite me insisting I pumped diesel. I never had this problem in Texas, where it seems tons of people have diesel cars. Needless to say, unless they're the cheapest in town, I will probably avoid them.

"I had back to back to back appointments so eating was late today. I wanted something lite and found this place on Yelp. They had smoothies which looked good. But then I saw they had cheesesteaks so I had to try one. You get plenty of fries and a drink. A good old Snapple was calling my name. I guess today is my cheat day. This place didn't disappoint. If you can't tell, I miss home. It's located on 4108 N. Mesa where Ray's cheesesteak used to be."
"This review is one of my shorter ones, but that's because there isn't much to review here lol This is what's called a "shoppette" on an Army post. They are all standardized across the Army. Ran by AAFES. They feature gas stations. Usually a quick version of fast food (normally a Subway, but this location has an Arby's), and the inside is basically a gas station convenient store on steroids. Feature all the typical gas station store stuff, but with a few more essentials than normal (grocery wise). Other than that, the Exchange Express, or shoppette, are basically your... oh your know what? Imagine Truck Stops! Like Loves or Pilot or Flying J. That's what these are - but they are exclusively on military bases."
"I don't know why, but I always fill up at Chevron across the street (probably the better quality diesel) and I come in to this convienence store, because it's clean, the employees are friendlier and prices are good. There is also a restaurant inside this establishment. And to make things more competitive, both this place and the Chevron across the street have drive-in car washes."
"Little convenience store in the middle of nowhere. Extremely friendly. They have gas, food, drinks, toys and even saddles.Nice little pit stop."
"Just what this town needed!! Love the variety of snacks and the warmth of the staff!!"
"Very friendly staff, clean store, and a decent selection of fountain drinks. Tobacco and alcohol options are limited, but they have the cheapest ice I've seen on this side of town. Gas is a little pricier, but if you purchase a carwash at the pump, the price drops. As with any business, there is room for improvement, in this case I think it is in inventory. But I have never found a reason that has made me not want to come back."
"Hey man, there are two words that I would use to describe this place. Freeway Chevron. It's a Chevron station, just off of the freeway in a very lonely little corner of Arizona. Indeed, there's not much out here at all, so it was nice to come off of the freeway and find a fuel pump. Now, this isn't in Willcox proper--at least the adorable little downtown area--rather, this is an off-the-freeway spot. If you're in the neighborhood (and you really have to be here on purpose) then you'll appreciate the easy off, easy on traveling through southeast Arizona. I was eastbound, and the last gas looked to be in Benson. Can't say for sure where the next gas is headed to New Mexico. Also, it appears they have a mechanic's shop there. So if you need a mechanic, I'm not sure what other options you have but they seemed to beam pride in what they do. I didn't use them, so YMMV and proceed with normal sense."
"We came here to get gas It was a nice little store with a convenient store the gas was a right price so we came and got gas driven to Arizona from Colorado"
"I appreciate the Tesla charging stations attached to this place but if it wasn't for having a Tesla? I'd travel on. They have a dickies bbq. On the pricey side and my meat was fatty. Cheap meat is what it makes me think. The bathrooms both times (charging station return trip too.) bathrooms were decent. Not the cleanliness but not uninhabitable. The store was clean and bright but it just isn't anything to make me refer you here. I think places like these especially getting in on the Tesla chargers is smart thinking but then poor business not spending more effort in the customer experience."
"I was traveling to Midland and had to stop for fuel, take my little Luciano for a bio break walk, and grab some fuel for my body. I was nervous thinking they would be stocked with all kinds of unhealthy treats, however I was pleasantly surprised! They had great lo cal / lo carb food choices that worked perfect for me. So yes, I do indulge once in a while- but it has to be worth it! Blowing a day's worth of calories on a sugary snack in the road is not the same as sitting down and savoring a great coffee beverage with a Yelp worth delicious dessert or food choice (really good pizza)...so I save my calories for the time when it is really worth it- in the meantime I try to eat as healthy as possible- hey I am not getting any younger and need to fuel right to keep going!"
"Would have 5 stars, but it's expensive gas! In Texas! Oil country. And 2 pumps were not working/out of gas. The inside is HUGE: showers, washer and dryer, paintings (Freda Khalo, anyone?), restaurant, grocery items and more. The bathrooms were clean, had soap and toilet paper, and heavy duty hand dryer. Definitely needed to stop here."
"What's not to love about Pic Quik!? They have everything you never knew you needed Gas - hot food - snacks - ice - and Lime O Rita's Lighters - candy - sunglasses - just to name a few"
"It's hard to miss the "heart" on top of their sign as you're zipping along the Interstate and perhaps there's some sort of Pavlovian response because as soon as I saw the sign, I realized I needed a restroom. This one was decently clean and the shop was well lit so that I felt comfortable parking here and walking across the lot. They do not allow overnight parking and I didn't give it a try. Also, it was 95 degrees at 9pm. Without an air conditioner, I'm not staying in the van tonight for sure![Review 17480 overall - 90 in New Mexico - 998 of 2022.]"
"What makes this marvelous store is the international attention it has received from travelers hiking/biking/motoring/traversing the Continental Divide Trail (CDT). Located 45miles/152kms North of the el BerrendoCHIH-EUM/Antelope Wells-USA POE at the junction of NM81/NM9/NM146, Hachita is the Southernmost community on the CDT in the USA. It is a source if nutritional/hot/cold/food & snacks, maps, some camping gear, free WiFi, access to the community center ($10usd pp), fuel for your motor vehicle, and other information. Owner Jeff is often present, and provides personal information/directions. Regardless of how you get there, it is a "MUST STOP"!"
"It's easy to get in and out of here and they have plenty of pumps for cars and semi's, and the gas prices aren't too bad considering this place is kind of out there. It's in an old building, with a limited market. There are two stalls n the ladies room and only one stall and a urinal in the mens rom which was broken. Going down this long wide hall to the bathroom kind of makes you feel like you're walking the Green Mile to the electric chair on death row."
"As the self-professed International Ambassador for 7Eleven stores worldwide, I'm always interested in checking out the competition (nota bene: I don't actually work for or have any financial interest in the 7Eleven corporation, franchises, or any of its affiliates; my title is strictly for entertainment purposes only and no bailment is created, caveat emptor, implied warranty of merchantability may or may not apply, consult your physician if you experience any adverse symptoms, not a paid spokesperson, not an attorney, and not that kind of doctor, etc. etc.)Now then, this particularl Pic Quik is a clean little store just off the I-10, and really close to our Hampton Inn hotel (see my other review... they have a great water slide and your kids will love it, if its open; otherwise, I suggest you do everything you can to ensure your kids don't find out about it, or it's all they'll talk about all the way to White Sands NP).Inexpensive gasoline, and relatively few "hard luck story" panhandlers during my brief stop; again, my experience of expensive fuel and expensive bums is SoCal related, so your comparison may vary.I thought for a minute while I was there: "Hey, it's 8 AM, it's 38°F outside, I'm on vacation... I'm getting a breakfast burrito!" But my wife, who can read minds (especially mine) knocked on the window of my truck while I was gassing up and mouthed "NO!" But if you wanted a burrito, or you know, if your wife isn't psychic, there's a little joint inside that makes burritos, and they smelled pretty good when I went in to get some waters for our long road trip that lay ahead. As roadside gas station convenience stores, go, this place was pretty good. And the restroom inside was clean and stocked, so it's already better than 90% of similarly targeted businesses in Arizona and California east of Hemet.I'll probably stop in here again on my next big roadtrip on the 10. And if my wife isn't with me, I'm totally getting that burrito."
"DH and I were going to go to the fair today, but apparently admission didn't start until 2. We needed to get gas, so backtracked over to the Qwik Mart to fill up and get some snacks and drinks. On my way back to the car, I tripped on some uneven pavement and went flying. My sunglasses fell off, the Coke Zero I got went rolling merrily on it's way, but the Crystal Light packets, M&Ms and bottled water stayed inside the bag. Go figure! A very nice young man in his early twenties clucked over me and pointed out my head was bleeding. I didn't even know until that moment (when I saw the blood on the pavement.) He handed me some paper towels, asked if I was all right, and a couple of other gentlemen who were older (fifty-ish) supplied some paper towels for my bleeding head as well. I REALLY appreciate this. I felt all right after standing up so if not for the aid I got, I might have just tried to go home. As of this writing, I'm at St Joe's waiting to be seen. The gas station itself is nice and clean, and they had hazelnut spread M&Ms! The five stars is really for the customers; I am sp thankful to you gentlemen for your attention and kindness today."
"I'm kicking myself for not taking any photo's of this place while we were there, because the inside is something to behold! This is a place to stop more for a stretch of the legs and use of the bathrooms (clean) than for gas as there are few pumps. The inside though will keep you occupied because it is just a plethora of touristy trinkets and Crap You Need!!! The people are friendly, and they have authentic Indian jewelry galore. If you like turquoise and silver this is your place. There are hand crafted knives, hats, Indian blankets, sculptures, kids toys and so on. So when you're on that long lonely highway, with the kid kicking the back of your seat for the hundredth time as you look out the window and imagine life before you were married; stop by here to give them and your nerves a rest before you end up on Snapped."
"I make a point to stop at Love's because of a horrible experience I had at a Pilot, as such I avoid all Pilot's and Flying J's. Every Love's I stop at is clean and very similarly organized and laid out. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. This location is not an acceptation to the rule. I had a very positive experience here and the fuel was well priced. I will continue to frequent Love's locations."
"This location is brand new to the area. There are plenty of pumps under a ramada high enough that you can pull an RV through here with no problem. The bathrooms were clean and getting in and out of this place was super easy as it's situated right next to a light."
"Good selection of liquor, beer, wine, groceries, and cigarettes. Tito's, Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker, Patron, White Claw, Truly, Bud, Heineken, Dos Equis, Shiner, etc. Good prices, locally owned, friendly service."
"Took a break driving east on hwy 10 in New Mexico and stopped here. What a fun place to visit. Tons of kitschy stuff. They also sold fireworks I've only heard about. It's definitely worth a stop."
"They are conveniently located, have a good variety of things I run out of at home. Nice, nice staff!! Prices are high so only 4 stars."
