If you want a seriously clean house, go with these guys!!I just had my house deep cleaned and the did a fabulous job. The only thing they forgot was the windows on my patio doors. It smelled fresh when I came home from work and that made me happy! They will be cleaning my house weekly and I look forward to it. I was not home when they cleaned, but my daughter was and said they got right to work and scrubbed and scrubbed!!!!"

"Cleaning Solutions did a phenomenal job on the carpets in our entire house! We will be hiring them every six months and next time I'm definitely going to have our couches done as well (it really makes a difference if you have bad allergies).I spent a lot of time getting quotes from different carpet cleaners and simply, the process just wasn't fun. I like to streamline everything, to be able to send an email or message, get a response and be able to look over all of the information. Most of the time an online quote wasn't an option and then when I'd call in they said they needed to actually come see the house (not ideal at all since that could mean sitting around waiting for five different companies... ain't happening). Cleaning Solutions gave me a quote online... HALLELUJAH! And it was a very competitive price with the few others that were able to give me a quote without scheduling an appointment. I knew that the price could differ a little once they saw the rooms (maybe the size of the rooms were bigger than they expected or the fact that I didn't specify that there are three little steps from the kitchen could add to the expense). I booked 'em.The owner, Matt, arrived on time and ready to verify pricing and details before he started. Three bedrooms, two hallways, the livingroom, one full staircase, and two three-steppers only ran us $109 + tax! The price I was quoted was the price we paid... that's a win! The other thing that blew my mind was how quickly Matt was able to finish the carpets. All of the carpets were done in about an hour, give or take, and he let us know that we should try to give the carpets about four hours to completely dry.I also just want to mention, I took the time to vacuum before he arrived and I recommend you do that as well (especially if you have dogs) just because it can hurry the process along. Matt was very professional the entire time he was working and was even nice enough to pencil us in for a reminder in six months in case we forget to schedule something. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Solutions. Our carpets look great (even the heavily trafficked areas like our back door) and the price was the best we found."

"Needed a cleaning done last minute because final inspection for my moving out is on Monday. I called this place by chance & they scheduled me right away once they confirmed availability with their cleaners. The receptionist was wonderful & very friendly! I got lucky they had availability (i recommend calling more than 3 days in advance unlike my dumb self!). The team showed up on time, however i wouldve been fine with them showing up late as long as they did the same quality job! Anyways, i had them do the move out clean with inside the cabinets, fridge, stove, windows & base boards & they did an amazing, detailed job! i left soon after they got started & came back about 6 hours later to the wonderful smell of fabuloso & a very clean home. I am truly happy with the service!"

"Second experience with this team was as good as the first. Had them come clean the windows at my office last spring, and then yesterday, had them come to shampoo carpets and wash windows. I am thoroughly satisfied with way he work was done, but even more impressed with the respect, the friendliness, and professionalism they displayed. The windows look amazing! Long overdue. "I had stains in my truck that were literally over a decade old. It never occurred to me to contact a carpet cleaning company to remove the stains because I figured some place like Mister Carwash would be able to provide a similar service. Alas, I drove around the outskirts of El Paso with gnarly beverage and food stains in the backseat like the overworked goober that I am.And I say all of this to say...thank karma for Enhanced Carpet Cleaning. Because they do a lot more than just shampoo carpets.To say this place is severely underrated is an understatement. At present, I've had them remove stains from my hallway and stair carpet, my living room sectional, and just recently...my beloved Batmobile of a truck. Now, I am no longer driving around like an overworked goober. I'm truckin' the busy streets of El Paso like Batman in Gotham city: in style, baby!The hours state they are a 24/7 service. To the best of my knowledge, this appears to be true. They came to my house on a national holiday, the phone service rep is almost always available (or the calls get forwarded to a cell phone), and most importantly...they let YOU, the customer, make the call on when they should show up.One caveat though: if you schedule them on a holiday, be aware they may have some dude randomly decide to take the day off and invariably short staff their team in the process; thus causing them to arrive later than scheduled. I don't really count that against the company themselves though, just the individual. Hopefully they reprimand him, but...I digress.The bottom line: Enhanced Carpet Cleaning is now my go-to for stain removal, be it carpet or any assorted furniture. The prices are very fair and affordable. I mean, I used to go with Stanley Steemer and noticed a HUGE difference in price once I started using Enhanced instead. Be sure to call the company first and receive a quote before proceeding to request service. Everything is pretty much done by phone, including payment. So, just be aware you may have to give your card number over the phone; or else you can just pay cash. That said, my only complaint is I wish they'd accept some form of digital payment (Apple Pay, PayPal, something..). It's 2019. C'mon. There's zero excuse not to have this.Minor caveats aside, I'm giving Enhanced Carpet Cleaning 4 stain free Batmobiles patrolling the busy streets of Gotham out of 5."

"My house in East El Paso had a plumbing problem that flooded 4 rooms. A friend called Servpro of El Paso East. They came that same evening and stayed until the early hours of the next morning getting everything setup and moved to dry the house out. They were very communicative and responsive. They explained what they were doing, were open to questions, and sought approval at each new step. They packed my stuff, tore out carpet, moved furniture, offered to find storage, get a dumpster, do whatever was needed to mediate the damage. They treated the effected rooms for any microbial problems. By the time I was able to get to El Paso, due to the quick response and high heat (summer heat wave), my house was practically dried out. It was comforting to know they had my house in their capable hands."

"Very unprofessional and very lazy and half assed cleaned. Counters, drawers, behind the refrigerator , walls all of it not done and took 300$ and did a horrible job. Move out clean and didn't even clean. I could of did it better. Don't recommend. Stay clear of them"

"Guillermo from Las Cruces Carpet Cleaning just came to our house on Friday and he did an amazing job! I had lost all hope for my carpet and had already received a quote for a new carpet. We bought our house and the previous owners had lots of dogs and the carpet looked awful. The previous owners were supposed to get the house professionally cleaned and they said they did but it never looked like it. After Guillermo finished, our carpet doesn't even look the same at all anymore. My husband was sure they had just switched it out with new carpet. "I cintactes this company for a Saturday carpet cleaning. We set up an appointment They called me Friday before the appointment to let me know the motor had burned out and asked if I could reschedule. I asked for the following Saturday at 8 am. They never called to confirm, never showed. I tried calling them, there was only a machine. I had high hopes for them when they originally texted me right away upon my initial contact. However it seems that they are quick to ask for your business just not so good at the actual showing up."

"Said they would be at our home at after they finished a job at 8:22 AM. We were scheduled for 9AM. They texted at 1:15PM saying they were on their way, and didn't show. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Use another service for God's sake and your sanity!!Also, I'd like to point out that your husband Mike's complete and utter lack of professionalism whilst doing the quote. To elaborate he constantly hit on my fiancée in front of our 14 year old son. This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. Future potential customers beware!!!!"

"In May 2019, I used this company and just finished my last review draft. Compared to other companies in El Paso, they had the best rate for a move-out cleaning: ~$100 cheaper. The company thoroughly cleaned each bedroom and bathroom, washed the carpet, swept the floors, wiped the laminate flooring, cleared the grease from the oven, and wiped away the stains in the fridge. Excellent work. They accept major credit cards. The negatives: showed up 1.5 hrs late, confusion amongst the workers, and the work took 4 hours instead of their predicted 2.5hrs. I would DEFINITELY use them again. Hopefully, the management has improved these issues."

"I moved into a rental home where the owner did not have the carpets cleaned before I arrived. I called J.B. Gray's on a Saturday afternoon & they were here on Monday. Brian & Jacob cleaned the carpet in my 4 bedrooms. They were quick, professional, friendly, & the carpet looks and smells great!! They did the high-traffic areas twice & used a technique so the carpet would dry faster since the movers were coming to move in my belongings the next day. They were better priced than other companies I saw on yelp. I'd definitely recommend them & use them again!"

"FiberCare is excellent. I called to have an area rug cleaned and they were at my house within 15 minutes. They quickly assessed the rug, explained the process and the pricing. They told me when it would be ready an how they were going to let me know. Fat forward a week and the rug was returned looking almost brand new. Not bad for a rug that was 8 years old and had never been professionally cleaned before. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. They aren't necessarily cheap, but the quality of service is well worth with it."
