This shop uses certified auto parts not generic Chinese or foreign parts. Meaning they use stuff that fits and doesn't need to modified to fit. My car got in a small wreck and took about 2 weeks to finish the car and again they came through. Posted some pics of before and after. They worked with my insurance and made the whole experience hassle free. I currently have my project car in there now after seeing what a good job they did and I know my Lexus will be in good hands as they are going to repaint the whole car and fix all dents"

"I met Steve on a cross-country move from Arizona to Georgia. I pulled off the road at 1-10 in Van Horn and when I got back in my car it wouldn't start. The check engine, oil, and battery lights were all on. I thought it was the battery, but it wouldn't jump start. About 15 minutes later the car started. I noticed a car shop at Love's and a tow-truck driver suggested I call Steve. He met me at his shop at 7:00 on a Friday night and ran the diagnostics on the car. The battery was good. The check engine light was on due to the EGR valve. Steve didn't think he could have the part until Tuesday. He ended up droving to El Paso on Saturday and picked up the part. He fixed my car on a Saturday evening and I was able to get back on the road Sunday morning. The rest of my trip was uneventful. I am so grateful that I crossed paths with him. I highly recommend his business. 5 stars is not enough."

The two ladies up front (Monica, etc...) sent me texts and kept me in step every step of the way. 2-They are kid friendly. When it was time to return to pick up my truck, my 2 daughters were excited about going to see the staff and their fur babies. In fact my daughters rushed me out the door like they were going to the park; that's how great the staff is. And 3-After being rear-ended and becoming super frustrated, they made it super easy for me to repair my truck & get it back in less than 4 days. "Friendly staff, seamingly fair quote for simple touch up job. A small job estimated for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Planned for pick up on Wednesday.Took car on Monday, called Tuesday evening to check if car would be ready as planned for Wednesday pickup. I was told by the secretary they would call me Thursday or Friday. My reply was that they had planned it to be ready be Wednesday which in my opinion is more than adequate time. I explained to her I don't have another car to use and I depend on them being punctual. She replied that she didn't know anytyhing about that. I told her that if they haven't started the work on it to let come and get it and we can schedule a better time when they are better staffed. She replied she would look into it. Before ending the call I asked her to please ask the service manager to call me to discuss avaiable options. I already paid half the bill so I don't think it is an unreasonable request.As of yet (Wednesday) they have not reached out to me to discuss this. I am hopeful the 1) business manager will reach out to explain the delay 2) They complete the work expediently as promised. 3) The work be of acceptable quality.At this time the job is not completed and stalled for unknown reasons.I will update this post once progress is made.... So I picked my car up on friday morning as had been recommended by the service manager the night before. The shop employees hastily completed final details as I waited in the beautiful sunny El Paso morning. My review is based on my personal experience as it relates to: 1) Customer service and communication. When the phone is answered and my case is known and an honest update is forethcoming. "I don't know", "You have to ask ..." and "You can call back..., are shallow responses.2) Turnaround time start to finish. Accuracy of scheduled work. 3) Quality of work. When the work is delayed, accepting the car is done hastily. The burden of proof of craftmanship is on the customer. I think it is fair to give favor of customer service because they were able to finally wind it up within the business week. This is important because they are closed on the weekend.And in spite of not returning my calls or providing definitive responses, the car was completed. So yeah, they did ok. I will not review the quality of the work at this time. Looks good now, lets see it next year?"

They lied repeatedly about the timeline and status. Paola is apparently the office manager and she told me the car was ready then when I showed up an hour later to pick it up they were still working on it. ThisIs after they told me twice that the car would be ready by a certain day and it wasn't. After asking around I have heard similar stories. Stay far away from this place"

"After my car was hit in a parking lot, and the driver of the other car left after a serious hit to my car, I was searching for help for repairs. I started out with Ochoa repairs in Canutillo. While on first glance the repair looked okay but later realized that there had been internal damage to the sensors. My adjuster was the one that confirmed that the repair to the external damage was very poorly done and even reached out to Ochoa, and stated that Ochoa should return the money I paid to him since all of his work would have to be redone. After several calls to Ochoa, and him not returning my call, I reached out to others for the repair. After much discussion with several places including Viva Auto Collision, I decided to have the repairs done with Viva. They are the most professional and kind people I have worked with through this entire process. "I arrived (via tow truck) an hour after closing and gate was locked but a worker was just getting into his car to leave and jumped out, call the man with the key to open the gate to park my car inside gated area (recommended). I explained situation regarding car and my circumstances (out of town person) was advised if all that's wrong is the fuel pump then I'll be back on the road by noon. Following morning I called and was advised the car would be ready by 1230 so I took a taxi over there by 1215p (optimistic). I arrived and they are waiting on pump from parts store should be there momentarily. While waiting and as pump arrived a mechanic did some diagnostics and discovered blown fuse. He popped a new one in and I'm back on the road. No charge either - how cool is that!! I appreciate their service and assistance."
