Frederick U. "When I got in El Paso, there has always been a debate on which bakery is better: Gussie's or Bowie. Both are very popular bakeries within the different sides of El Paso and it was something that I was very eager to visit. The first bakery that I visited was Gussie. It was a much nicer place and vibes, but when it comes to Bowie, this place stood out. The pastries here are much better, more options, and the price is better as well. My favorite is their cannoli and I would say that it is on par with the famous canoli place in Boston.Parking is a bit hard to find as you have to use street parking and it is usually full, but it is manageable."

(okay, maybe not-so hidden with the bright pink)Nessa is hard at work serving up homemade and absolutely delicious breakfast plates (and more, like pastries & quiches), and most-importantly high-quality coffee, and at affordable prices. With customer WiFi and outdoor seating, I would recommend this great cafe to do some minor work/study/reading and enjoy a unique breakfast offering in Cruces."

Highly recommended for those of us with sensory issues in particular. I appreciate that the music isn't too loud, nor is the air conditioning too strong - or lacking. Wake and Bake does everything right. Thanks for making El Paso a better place."

I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and looked up local bakeries, Supreme was first on the list and really close by. I arrived and was amazed at how huge bakery was. There was no line inside and I chose a variety...pina, pumpkin, apple empanadas, coconut rolls, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes..all very delicious pastries. The box didn't last the first break. So if u are in the NE and are looking for sweets this place is convenient, close by and delicious."

I've called and come in a few different times, asked a lot of questions, changed pick up times and I've never gotten anything but amazing customer service. The only cake I've ever tried myself is the red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake itself was so so good. So moist and tasty. Just as a matter of preference the icing was a little sweet but I think that might just be my taste. I'd definitely recommend"

It gives the bread an unreplicatable taste and texture. Warm, moist on the inside, and perfectly browned outside. You can only get this good the old fashioned way. I refuse to eat any other breads anymore since tasting this delicacy. Which updates my review ro 5 stars. I will never go anywhere else."

They also serve food, like burritos which they make with their very own tortillas. I ordered a barbacoa one today which was great. They also have menudo on the weekends. The staff was only allowing 4 people inside at a time due to COVID-19 and everyone was wearing masks. I would highly recommend bakery if you want to support local."

The bakery itself is not that big, but they have a good variety of sweet bread. I bought a few pieces and i have to say they were yummy. I am a big "concha" fan and the ones they have here a delicious. They are best eaten right when purchased, cause they can go stale quick. Will be returning when in the area :)"

The menudo, all of the variety of burritos (my fav chile verde w/ beans), tamales, and all the variations of sweet bread are absolutely delicious. Their artisan products are hand made daily and show case a deeply-rooted passion for how food should be made using high quality ingredients! You can bring any size pot to fill by the scoop or purchase menudo by the cup ( small or large) comes with two pieces of pan blanco. If you swing by on a weekend make sure to come early because this place is known to sell out before noon on Saturday's /Sundays. Their service is quick & efficient you wait in line to be served. Empanada filling pumpkin/apple were also really good! I've been looking for empanadas like that in Las cruces because I'm from Tucson and well as you know the style of Mexican food is very different here, than what I'm use to. So I'm glad I found a bakery that reminds me of my childhood! I would add photos but I ate most of it and no one wants to see half eaten donuts! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BAKERY ESPECIALLY FOR DELIVERY"

Swung through the drive thru & ordered 10 of their $3 burritos (3 brisket, 2 frijoles con queso, 2 picadillo and 3 weenie with chipotle). All of the options were served with generous fillings - no skinny burros here! Our favorites were the weenie and the brisket but all four were hits with the familia (so much so that we didn't capture any pics).Looking forward to trying other options & swinging by again in the future."

I have been here several times, and their fresh ingredients and delicious baked goods do not disappoint. I have tried their lunch special, conchas, different baked goods and desserts, coffee, hot tea, and spicy gummies, and today I ordered two small "Rosca de Reyes" for pick up on Kings Day. This small place has a nice music background perfect for working remotely, studying, or simply decompressing from the daily monotony. There is seating inside and outside. Upon entering, there is a friendly door greeter, and she guided us to the kiosk to place our order. There are six types of cookies to choose from. Given the size of each cookie, they are reasonably priced. We placed our order, and less than five minutes later, we received it. The cookies were fresh out of the oven, and were heavenly! Highly recommended, and we most certainly will be returning soon."

If I went in just behind some kid buying the last one, there would be a throw down. Ok, maybe just a dirty look but they are really tasty.I don't speak Spanish but through a series of charades i'm always able to figure out what the filling is and they are always so cheerful and kind and wait to make fun of me till after I'm out of the door. JUST KIDDING! (I think). Anyway, just walking in the door having the fragrances smack me in the face is a treat and i always look to see what goodies are on the cooling trays first. The burrito asada is amazing. I added in guacamole and pico, which was a extra $0.75. Fresh corn tortillas and when I bit into it, it reminded me of Mexico. Totally worthy the 1000 calories I just ate... . I will definitely come here again."

She was so in tuned on what i was saying and the ideas I was going for and her help was outstanding! Her knowledge of cakes, sizes, setup, cupcakes, designs, etc was mind blowing! This was my first time in her shop and she made me feel so comfortable and sealed the deal to go with her! While I was in the shop i was able to see her interact with other customers and she is so polite and the best part about it was she washed her hands and counter every single time! She is so positive during this pandemic and it's small business like hers we need to support! Thank you Stephanie and I can't wait for the final products"

"**experience during covid-19 ** This place requires masks and limits how many people can be inside at the same time. They have a nice variety of Mexican pastries such as marranitos, conchas, orejas, etc. The ones I bought were all pretty tasty, but they are a little on the pricey side. Customer service on the other hand might use some improvement and also the information labeled on the receipt since it only shows the total and not what was purchased. My friend who also was with me was charged extra for her burrito and we couldn't fight it because the receipt wouldn't show what you got or the quantity. The lady got upset and we just left since it wasn't worth a fight. Moral of the story double check the amount before giving your card."
