"When I got in El Paso, there has always been a debate on which bakery is better: Gussie's or Bowie. Both are very popular bakeries within the different sides of El Paso and it was something that I was very eager to visit. The first bakery that I visited was Gussie. It was a much nicer place and vibes, but when it comes to Bowie, this place stood out. The pastries here are much better, more options, and the price is better as well. My favorite is their cannoli and I would say that it is on par with the famous canoli place in Boston.Parking is a bit hard to find as you have to use street parking and it is usually full, but it is manageable."

"My first time stopping by at supreme bakery. I was working in the NE side of town and was giving a class and I thought pan dulce would be a nice touch.. I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and looked up local bakeries, Supreme was first on the list and really close by. I arrived and was amazed at how huge bakery was. There was no line inside and I chose a variety...pina, pumpkin, apple empanadas, coconut rolls, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes..all very delicious pastries. The box didn't last the first break. Fun and colorful place. Lots of great food options. Crepes can be gluten free for $1! So cool! Have savory and sweet crepes, breakfast sandwiches, quiches, and waffles. They make their own cold brew and it was nice and smooth. Lots of fun coffee options too. Make all their own bakery items. They have some really cool flavors of tarts. Like red Chile cherry. Who knew? The service was great. Very friendly. Willing to answer questions and when I asked for a coffee to go when we left they made sure it was ready for me.

This is a hidden gem in Las Cruces. It is such an understated location, so at first glance it may not really invite you in... but go inside! I promise, you will not regret it!I have been twice since the first time I discovered it and both times, the food has just been out of this world. The first time, I ordered the mushroom crepes and my husband got a fried chicken bowl. The mouthful of those crepes had me dancing and praising God! I really don't understand how the food tastes that good! The second time I ordered the chicken bowl because the last time I wasn't quite satiated after my meal. My friend ordered something that came with a soup, and was told the soup of the day was Carrot Bisque. I said "excuse me?!" The server repeated herself... of course I ordered a cup! Never have I ever tasted soup that slappin' good!!!! But I'll tell you what. I scraped that little bowl dry because I did not want even a drop to be left away from my taste buds! Go to Indulgence... Indulge yourself. You'll thank me later.

For our date night, we decided to try Peter's German Grill and Bakery, which is very close to our house. It did not disappoint! It was freshly made, and delicious! The service was fantastic! Our meals were made by Peter himself! It's a small and cozy restaurant with shelves full of German groceries. There are also homemade pastries and cakes! If the tables are taken, there are quaint tables outside. I highly recommend Peter's, and will definitely be back! 5/5

First the place is warm and inviting with a charm all to its self. Second the coffee and avacado toast special was amazing !! The coconut ball was fresh and biscotti as well just delicious!! The best part was the staff and owner Bruce! Awesome guy and his attention to customer detail was impeccable. Bring the wife or date to this little special place for brunch !! You won't regret it.

"Such an adorable bakery. You can't help but smile when you walk in. I've called and come in a few different times, asked a lot of questions, changed pick up times and I've never gotten anything but amazing customer service. The only cake I've ever tried myself is the red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake itself was so so good. So moist and tasty. Just as a matter of preference the icing was a little sweet but I think that might just be my taste. I'd definitely recommend"
"Bouillos, or Pan Blanca as I think they are called are amazing here!! I watched a man put a big row of uncooked bread into an old fashioned brick oven. It gives the bread an unreplicatable taste and texture. Warm, moist on the inside, and perfectly browned outside. You can only get this good the old fashioned way. "One of my favorite bakeries in El Paso for sweet bread. They have two locations on Yarbrough and Zaragoza. They also serve food, like burritos which they make with their very own tortillas. I ordered a barbacoa one today which was great. They also have menudo on the weekends. The staff was only allowing 4 people inside at a time due to COVID-19 and everyone was wearing masks. "Was around the area and saw that there was a bakery. I was instantly intrigued and decided to give it a try. It is hard to find because its behind a mechanic shop. The bakery itself is not that big, but they have a good variety of sweet bread. I bought a few pieces and i have to say they were yummy. Their artisan products are hand made daily and show case a deeply-rooted passion for how food should be made using high quality ingredients! You can bring any size pot to fill by the scoop or purchase menudo by the cup ( small or large) comes with two pieces of pan blanco. If you swing by on a weekend make sure to come early because this place is known to sell out before noon on Saturday's /Sundays. Their service is quick & efficient you wait in line to be served. The ambiance reminds me of an old school bakery from Mexico. It's totally worth the stop!"

"Delicious! Crumbl Cookies recently opened at the Pebble Hills location, and although there were many eager customers awaiting their orders, things moved quickly. Upon entering, there is a friendly door greeter, and she guided us to the kiosk to place our order. There are six types of cookies to choose from. Given the size of each cookie, they are reasonably priced. We placed our order, and less than five minutes later, we received it. The cookies were fresh out of the oven, and were heavenly! If I went in just behind some kid buying the last one, there would be a throw down. "**experience during covid-19 ** This place requires masks and limits how many people can be inside at the same time.They have a nice variety of Mexican pastries such as marranitos, conchas, orejas, etc. The ones I bought were all pretty tasty, but they are a little on the pricey side. Customer service on the other hand might use some improvement and also the information labeled on the receipt since it only shows the total and not what was purchased. My friend who also was with me was charged extra for her burrito and we couldn't fight it because the receipt wouldn't show what you got or the quantity. The lady got upset and we just left since it wasn't worth a fight. Moral of the story double check the amount before giving your card."
