"They charged $130 for an electrical diagnostic to determine what was wrong. All in to diagnose and replace my bad battery was around $300 and took a bit under two hours. Would come back if I needed help again."
"What appeared to be a good and reasonably-priced service, turned into a disaster. Do not trust this business. I was sold a defective radiator that barely lasted a year. When I began to notice problems with a broken seal (less than a year after purchase), I spoke to a service team member and he blatantly told me that they had previously experienced problems with this radiator model. He however did not offer to replace it nor refund my money. A few months later, my radiator cracked and they are now telling me they will not honor the one-year warranty. This is a terrible way to run a business. I would give them and "F" rating and warn others to do your research and explore several other options before using this business."
"I called ahead to inquire about services (oil change and coolant leak repair) and duration And was told if I brought it in within the hour they could have it done by the end of the day.I dropped by vehicle off at 10am and got a text update with a link to my vehicle's status and courtesy inspection status (which is pretty cool) around 2pm. However, the text stated "Hi Ryan, your vehicle is ready for pickup at Jay's Automotive! We couldn't find any coolant leak at this time." Even though my garage floor says otherwise. What I found out later, was that there was never a diagnostic conducted they simply checked the reservoir and said there is enough coolant in it.Their building is clean and the gentleman at the front was very courteous, but dropping my vehicle off and waiting four hours for an oil change and not even attempting to look at the other issue is problematic.*Update* Jay's reached out and asked for an opportunity make a better impression. I appreciate and can respect that. Thank you!"

Have used this shop on three occasions now and all have been nothing short of excellent!On our most recent visit, we had our vehicle serviced up prior to my daughter leaving with it to Albuquerque. We'd mainly went in for a tune up and a look over. The mechanic check it so thoroughly and luckily discovered a damaged suspension part we didn't even know we had.They fixed it for such a reasonable price and got it handled while we ran some other errands for a few hours.The car has never felt this good and she had a safe weekend trip with her friend!We have so much trust and faith in this shop! Really a place we can recommend highly!

Honest, transparent, and good customer service. Sam is amazing and this shop gives suggestions for potential vehicle repairs in the future, and doesn't try and upsell you on items that do not need fixing. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else, period.

Professional, friendly fair and thorough service!!! We broke down on our way through Las Cruces from San Antonio, TX to Casa Grande, AZ during the Holidays. Aguirre's came recommended from local friends and even the tow truck driver. So glad we found them. Mark and Antonio were great in listening to me about the issue, what trouble shooting I had done, confirmed the issue and the truck was fixed in a day (A/C compressor seized and caused no start condition). Have dealt with one too many shady shops and "stealerships" in my day. Aguirre's definitely does not fall into that category. These guys are top notch. Definitely a benefit to their community.
