"This place use to be good. Keep away!! I am leaving this review due to Veronica. She is not a friendly person and does not care about the customers She does not communicate on the issue and not calling to let me know that the part needed to be ordered and will be coming from out of town. Kept telling me that it will be ready the next day and after 4 days nothing. So i had to tow it to another auto shop. KEEP AWAY! Jerry the mechanic is Great!!"
"Went in to get my routers and brake pads replaced. Staff was friendly. Wait time was two hours. Worth it."
"My grandfather bought his car here, I was really impressed with the salesman. He didn't try to up-sell him or talk him into any nonsense. He asked what he needed and made an excellent recommendation. While grandfather bought his car, I asked about a new set of tires and not only did I get an excellent quote on tires I got a mini-lesson on types of tires. I went back about a week later for tires and was greeted by name. While replacing my tires they found that my shocks were bad and made a recommendation for replacing them. My car looks and runs great! I am more than satisfied with my service."
"My visit at "The Auto Clinic" was mega positive! I did a zipcode search on texas.gov site and this shop's name came up as a place where to get my vehicle state inspection. The shop is located on Far North Dyer Street and based on its outside look and Address I was suspicious but as soon as I arrived I changed my mind. I was immediately and cordially greeted by Kody a Badass knowledgeable Veteran. The inside if the shop is absolutely awesome, if you are into cars and you intrigued by my review then you must visit. The state and emissions inspection was $18 (Feb 2020) They also do all kinds of different services, they offer military discount and 10% discount with coupon."
"I came to these guys because I saw a lot of good reviews and even with bad reviews the owner or someone who worked there responded. Not in a negative way but in a "I'll do what it takes to make it right" kind of way. I'm not a car guy, but I do appreciate the service and the respect. The price did seem a little high for the work but it was fast and a great experience. Most auto body shops I feel like they are being sneaky about something. I didn't get that feeling here. I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on for sure."
"This muffler business helped me out in a pinch! They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced! Thank you so much! it was like I was a long time customer on my first visit! so nice to know that there are still businesses and owners that care about workmanship and customer service! Thank you Montana Mufflers! I will have a safe trip back to Colorado because of your care and work!"
"I would do it!! We bought a used Sierra Denali! They let me check out the other cars in the showroom, which were GMC Acadias, Terrains, and Buick Encores. The Everyone who worked there is super nice and friendly, so if you are shopping new OR used, then I recommend Shamaley Buick GMC!"
"I had a bad thermostat on a road trip. Kristen got me in right away and Jeremy did the job in a couple hours. Happy to get back on the road. Prices were about normal for these days."
"Fantastic service. The headlight bulb I was sold wasn't correct. Alameda Auto Electric put in the right bulb, did the right work in the right time. This is where you need to go for Electrical Repair."
"Stopped in for an oil service and got great and affordable oil change. I brought my oil and filter but no hassle either."
"Regular customer, have never been disappointed. Quick efficient service. Locally owned and operated."
"Be careful of the bait and switch tactics their service department uses. Was quoted a lower price on the phone for an oil change ($66.95) and when I showed up price was all of sudden over $84, and their explanation was that it was plus taxes and fees. I came less than six months ago and performed the same service it was only $66.45 out the door with all fees. I asked for an explanation and I was just passed around from rep to rep all of them with poor customer service skills and no explanation. Natalie the cashier was the rudest of all. I understand prices go up and taxes are a given. But I wouldve liked someone to explain what actually went into the fees and why it went up so much. I am definetly not trying to get a free service or anything I just feel the entire service staff needs to be trained in more effective customer service and not attack a customer with the whole "these are the prices, there is nothing we can do about it" attitude. I would have been happy with a small $2-4 dollar discount which was what i was charged for "shop fees" last time and we did not have to make a scene and escalate it like Nataly the cashier and the rest of the service reps did."

Went into to fix a flat on my Car and the technician attended us quickly and came back to show us that the tire had no leak and explained that it may have been the valve leaking he repaired the problem and charged us 0 zero ! Awesome job!

This post is limited to a visit looking to buy/order a Yukon Denali. Aaron came out side and I asked if I could test drive one that was on the lot then order one to the dealership. He stated he didn't have any Yukon's for me to drive (they were presold or used) turned around and walked back inside the building. *jaw drops to the floor*I did find another salesman, Guillermo, who showed me the car I wanted that had just came in, explain the process to order one, average wait times, some of the differences in features and model years. I have to say, because of the way the first salesman treated us, I have decided to order from another dealership. The new way of buying cars, low inventory has changed so drastically in the last 20 months, but it doesn't excuse the complete lack of respect or anything resembling customer service that we experienced.

We started hearing a noise toward the rear of our 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It was very loud and I was concerned that something was going to cause a breakdown. Husband thought from the start that it was a rock in the brakes. These guys got us right in to pull the wheel and found that it definitely was a rock! Would recommend this business.

"These guys are pretty good and one of the three shops i use depending on what I am looking at having done. I've had them do exhaust, intake, electric trouble shooting next up is some coilovers. Usually I can just bring the vehicle right in and they have given me a ride home to bring back my old wheels since they wouldn't fit in my car. They are open from 8-6 M-F and 8-4 Sat-Sun."
"We stopped in to check out a used Terrain that my wife saw online. We walked away a few hours later with a brand new Terrain (straight off the delivery truck) for the same price. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. What I dislike the most about dealerships in general is a pushy/overbearing sales staff...Casa is exactly the opposite. Our salesman, Albert, was beyond helpful and accommodating in the entire process. The finance manager, Soraya, was super helpful and completely understood our nuances of parenting and teleworking while we completed the paperwork process. The Service Advisor, Daniel gave us a great walkthrough of their facilities and processes.Overall a great vehicle purchasing experience!"
"They are my go to people for my 2001 Tundra. She's a fairly low mileage vehicle for the year that I've had since she was new and I don't have vehicle payments. So if you want a dependable vehicle you need a dependable and honest mechanic/technician to take care of it. Aguirre Auto Shop is the place to go for good, honest, dependable, Auto Service. You can tell them my review from Yelp sent you."
"They were lifesavers. They got to our car right away and we were done quickly. The price was fair and Derrick Rodgers was knowledgeable and courteous."
"What an adventure, we had a tire blow at the junction of I-10 and I-20. We called them at noon and they said they are 45 miles away, they had our tire and would be there in an hour. After 1.5 hours we called to find out what time they would be getting there. Their response was we are on the way and will be there shortly. Another half an hour goes by and I call again, they tell me they are now 26 miles away. They finally show after 2.5 hours, they commence to take the bad tire off the rim and put the good tire on the rim. They try to start their air compressor, it doesn't start and they look at us and ask us if we have any gas in our truck. They didn't have any fuel in their compressor, are you kidding me!!! So they say that their is a gas station about 3 miles away, they will go there and get some gas. They are gone for at least 45 mins before we call to find out what is going on. Had a problem with the tire we had to take off and put the other tire on. So finally after over 3.5 hours they put the tire on and we are on our way. This is just my experience and I would not call them again!!!!Here is an update on the $280 tire that they provided us(it was $318 but they didn't take a credit card so that's all the cash we had) We drove into El Paso and parked our trailer, the next morning we got to the trailer and the tire they gave us was flat. We went to a tire shop to get air and the tire shop said that this tire is no good and we ended up having to buy another tire. That's my experience with this company, I would never use these crooks again!!"
"We dropped off our car on Tuesday, and the service manager told us that they were soooo busy, it could take 3-4 weeks before we could have our car returned! Well, low and behold, we are here after TWO DAYS, to pick up our car! We live this place. They always take care of our car, and offer the best dealership service in the southwest!"
"Had a major transmission leak, towed to this dealership. Spoke to "Jesse" an on duty service writer.A couple hours later, the car was fixed! Apparently a hose clamp broke causing fluid to pour all over the under carriage of the car. The mechanic replaced the hose clamp, added fluid and cleaned up the mess. Then they washed the car and was ready to be picked up.The cost was acceptable for our situation while traveling, but the guys at Viva could had really stuck us with a huge bill and we would not had a choice but to pay it! Thank u for the honesty, good work, quick service and understanding to Jesse and the Viva Crew!"
"My car had stopped shifting into 3rd gear the day before I drove it in your shop. I drove it in the next day told him the problem and he checked my transmission fluid and scanned my car to pull the codes. He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves ."
"Traveling through New Mexico I had my water pump go out as I came into Silver City. They said that they would try to expedite my repair as I was out of town. I got a new pump from the parts store and they installed it in a few hours at a very reasonable price. I highly reccoment this business."
"Have been using them for a few years. They have been straight with me. Not cheap but fair prices. Owner and son are skilled and have been professional mechanics for years. They have very little turnover of employees."
"This place is a steel brown dwelling located at the end of the block (opposite side of the street from Oyo hotel but close proximity)I got AMAZING customer service here! First of all the Lady I spoke with was patient with my numerous calls. When I arrived she explained everything & even put my car up on the lift! The price for my oil change was a steal. Even though the shop was busy - they managed to work as a team to move things along nicely. Even if they had not, I felt completely taken care of. I've said this before & I will say it from the rooftops: PLEASE support LOCALLY owned business EVEN IF it costs a few dollars more (which, in this case - it didn't!) These are the people who live and work with all of us and it is so appreciated by me. Thank you for checking out my review."
"Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a car wash. Took a little while. But they did great work and good prices"
"I was driving from Texas to California and stopped for maintenance service here. In the end, I received superb, honest, reliable, quality service at Dalton Brake. Highly recommended to all!"
"So I had just bought some new rubber for Jezebel and she needed some rims. I called first and spoke with John who gave me some info but requested I go on to actually view what they had. So I drove by this past Saturday and John was there and promptly helped me out to find some beautiful rims to go with my car. They installed them super fast but professionally and they looked great. Plus they also bought my old rims so I didn't have to lug them around. Definitely recommend this place"
"Last week I decided to take a trip to California to check out some night markets. It's all part of my research for a night market project I'm working on in El Paso. On my way back, near Coachella, something pretty scary happened.I encountered a bunch of debris on the road that ended up puncturing my tire, causing my car to spin out. Luckily, it turned out to be just a flat tire, but it cost me around $500 to tow my car to the nearest tire store and get it replaced. But here's the thing: the week before I left, my husband insisted that I have my car checked out because it was making some weird rattling noises. Turns out, the engine mount had collapsed. On top of that, my shocks were shot and needed to be replaced. I'm so grateful that my husband pushed me to get those things fixed because if I had spun out with faulty shocks and a collapsed engine mount, things could have been a lot worse. When I got back to El Paso, the first thing I did was head over to JLN Auto to see Mark, the mechanic. Let me tell you, he's a gem. He took the time to really inspect my car and fix some issues that were causing metal-on-metal rubbing. I can't express how grateful I am to have found an honest mechanic like him. By the way, this is their slow season since most people are recovering from holiday spending. But you know what? It's actually the perfect time to get a maintenance check on your car. The mechanics have more time to really make sure everything is safe and sound. I know a lot of folks tend to drive to Ruidoso during this time, and with all the recent plane incidents, many are feeling hesitant about flying. So, if you're planning a road trip, I highly recommend paying a visit to JLN Auto. They're honest, and their prices are much more affordable compared to dealerships. For example, an oil change that would cost you around $105 at a dealership is only about $65 there. The prices for replacing my transmission mount and shocks were also very reasonable. It's such a relief to know that Mark is honest and took the time to explain everything to me. I can actually feel and see the difference when I drive my car now. Big shoutout to Mark at JLN Auto for the amazing service! I'm even trying to organize a seminar with him to teach people how to do maintenance checks and spot signs of car issues. Living in El Paso, with our dry desert climate, presents some unique challenges for car maintenance. For example, the serpentine belt is more prone to breaking due to the extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Mark also mentioned that during the rainy season, he sees lots of cars that have driven through flooded areas, sucking up water into their exhaust systems and causing damage. So, it's important for all of us, especially those in El Paso and the borderland, to be aware of the driving conditions and hazards we might face and to take proper care of our cars.Stay safe on the road, everyone! -TODOELPASO"
"About same cost as dealer. Really quick! Very clean. Overall I may come back when I a hurry"
"I took my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG in for an alignment and 4 new tire pressure sensors after having a horrible experience at big no tires trying to get the same work done in a pinch. They did a great job with my car and would definitely return for future business with them. The alignment tech that worked on my car was super knowledgeable and very informative."
"I called ahead to inquire about services (oil change and coolant leak repair) and duration And was told if I brought it in within the hour they could have it done by the end of the day.I dropped by vehicle off at 10am and got a text update with a link to my vehicle's status and courtesy inspection status (which is pretty cool) around 2pm. However, the text stated "Hi Ryan, your vehicle is ready for pickup at Jay's Automotive! We couldn't find any coolant leak at this time." Even though my garage floor says otherwise. What I found out later, was that there was never a diagnostic conducted they simply checked the reservoir and said there is enough coolant in it.Their building is clean and the gentleman at the front was very courteous, but dropping my vehicle off and waiting four hours for an oil change and not even attempting to look at the other issue is problematic.*Update* Jay's reached out and asked for an opportunity make a better impression. I appreciate and can respect that. Thank you!"
"Hatch is horrible took my RAV4 for it's first oil change under Toyota care. They didn't even tighten the oil drian plug. I had to fix it. Manager sent someone the next day to try and make it right by putting a whole 1/4 tank of gas. Have a 2022 Dodge Ram with hesitation issues on the 1st start of the day less than 2500 mi. Scheduled an appt to drop off the truck Monday so they could work on it Tuesday. I called at 4 pm Tuesday as I had heard nothing all day and was told by service advisor they hadn't looked at it. When I dropped it off on Monday I actually talked to the mechanic that was to work on it and told him that I needed it back Wednesday as my wife had a Dr. appointment Thursday and he said he would start 1st thing on it Tuesday morning. When I told the service advisor this he said the appointment was just to drop it off and not to work on it. That's like making a Dr. appointment for Monday and being told when you show up your appointment is actually Tuesday they just want you there early. So according to Hatch I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle on Monday, but it was actually to make sure it was there by Tuesday. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn't there, but he would call before they close; they are now closed it is 530 pm so yet another failed promise. The service advisor says he will get the vehicle in 1st thing tomorrow and call me 1st thing. I'll let you know tomorrow if they do this, but I doubt it. Had a similar problem a few years back when they were known as Lawley had a new Jeep Renegade that kept getting error lights a few months after I purchased it. 3 months later they never figured it out. I happened to be in Gilbert AZ and was staying across the street from the largest Jeep dealer in the Phoenix area so I checked it in with them, turned out it was a software update. They provided a loaner as it was a warranty issue, not Hatch. Their service advisor said they only make appointments to drop off and they get to it when they get to it as they are busy. I ended up having to take the day off work Thursday, so my Monday appointment ended up being Thursday a part failed and was put on order was told it would be in July 24th ended up it was in Aug 7th, but now this Dodge dealer has no Dodge mechanics and they can't work on them. Was told I'd get a call back later and never did I had to call them at 430 pm they are supposed to call me back again with my options. I asked since the part was ordered against my vin if I can pick up the part and take it somewhere else, so waiting on a response. This started 10 July. Another story about this shop had a Jeep in for service and they said they couldn't rotate the tires, because the lug nuts were swollen and they gave me an estimate of over $400 for new lug nuts. I told them no way; brought the Jeep home and did it myself no problem, no swollen lugs they were just trying to rip me off. Stay tuned about the Dodge dealer with no Dodge mechanics."
"This body shop does excellent work. My car looks like I just drove it off the show room."
"So I get home from work and my wife and I are out running some errands when our Lexus flashes a warning to take it to Dealer. Call the dealer from the car and schedule a service call for Monday with Jessie. Arrive at 8am, inform him of the issue and get a shuttle ride back home. So the day goes by and he gives me a few calls and finally gives me the results and I'm happy with it. Shuttle picked me up and took me to go pick up my baby, saw some other Lexus cars to check out but I'll hold on to my baby. Highly recommend those place for any service issues if you have a Lexus, they've always treated me right. Even got a courtesy wash"
"I needed an oil change and tire rotation on a road trip. I took it to Walmart in T or C only to discover they hadn't even pulled the car in after a full hour (they promised it would be done in an hour or less). The next day I called Advanced Auto at 8am and explained I could be there at 10 but had only a one hour window to complete the job. When I arrived to the shop (which is clean and pleasant, and allowed my dog to come inside) they had everything ready to go for me. There wasn't an open bay so they jacked the car up outside and had one guy doing the oil and the other doing the tire rotation. They finished the job with ten minutes to spare and even checked the brakes and tire pressure. I paid only $32, which is cheaper than any shop I've encountered. I was hesitant to rely on only two yelp reviews, but I'm glad I did. Truly excellent customer service. Thank you!"
"They charged $130 for an electrical diagnostic to determine what was wrong. All in to diagnose and replace my bad battery was around $300 and took a bit under two hours. Would come back if I needed help again."
