"I purchased Wolf and Subzero appliances, and when they were delivered, and set up, the delivery personnel damaged the front of the stove, known as the bullnose. The sad thing is that neither one of them told me about the damage. They kept it a secret. I discovered it when I looked at every single item with a flashlight and fine tooth comb a few hours after they left!Needless to say, I contacted the manager, and the manager was very good about finding a solution! He had Dalton Service Center which is a certified and authorized service contractor that can work on Wolf and Subzero appliances. Dalton make an appointment with me, and a few weeks later, Edward showed up, and saved the day!He was extremely helpful and friendly. No question asked was disregarded. He took the time to not only explain what and how each appliance functions, he pointed out features that I was not made aware of at the appliance store.Edward took care of the issue properly, promptly, and correctly by replacing the bullnose with a completely new one. I recommend Dalton Services for anyone looking to have their appliances serviced; just be sure to ask for Edward! 5/5"
"very helpful and courteous fast service will keep coming back for all appliance repairs"
"If you need your microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator or any other appliance fixed, and do not need it for weeks later, be sure to call E-Square. If more than one appliance needs to be fixed, they will not come unless a technician can fix both appliances at the same time. They have several excuses, and the gentleman who answers the phone is extremely friendly and nice we cannot do anything without asking his supervisor, manager, or they don't ever have any parts in stock, and have to order them. When they order them it takes several days to more than a week to get the pardon. If an appliance brakes and they come service it and need to order apart, and another appliance breaks, they will not come fix the second appliance until the park to the first appliance comes in.I've asked to have the owner call me so he knows of the terrible service. I haven't heard from them, and I am sure I won't."
"Heads up people. Find another place to do business with. Chances are good you will get ripped off and lied to in the process. They have a good scam going with phony repair charges. Do not trust anyone there. Don't say I didn't warn you..."
"I had a problem with my GE dryer, and Joe, the technician came to my house on time. He called 15 minutes before he came to the house. I had taken a short video of the problem that I was having with the dryer. He took the entire dryer apart and explained in detail what the possible issue could be. The dryer is now working great. Joe was very professional, he and answered every question I had. He also called me to make sure the dryer is working properly. Joe is a definite asset to Gorman Distributing. Thank you so much for your help!"
"Since mid April I have been trying to get a wine refrigerator fixed. Numerous times the technician came out. Every time I have been told that he would call me just for me having to call them at the head office to figure out what the progress was. I found them incompetent and unreliable and would under no circumstances recommend them to anyone else. When I finally had enough, they refunded me everything but the service charge which makes me even more unsatisfied in retrospect. What flipping service did they actually provide other than drive out several times, me having to take off from work and still not fixing a thing?Luckily, there is Sobella's - reliable and competent."
"I've been dealing with Aircon for almost a year. They say they will return with parts but have yet to arrive. They do not return my calls that are always left on voicemail. Michelle said they have a lot of voicemails to go through, so I'm assuming she needs to do her job. Otherwise, she would only have a few voicemails. They say they call my mom, but she checks all her messages, so I question that remark since Aircon does not check their own voicemails. I'm told the air conditioner needs a new coil; the owner was the one who first came out last year. He said he would order the part and come back. He never ordered it, and he never came back to repair it. They gave me the number to another company because they didn't want to deal with us anymore. I was tired of being ignored and not getting what was promised. My elderly mother has been sitting in a hot house, and her health is not good. I've told them this, but it doesn't matter. I would never treat my clients the way they have treated us. For their sake - nothing better happen to my mother. This was the last text from them after mistaking them for Airserve.Boss this dumb lady again. Smh. Why she so obsessed with me We finally had the air conditioning repaired by airserve, and there was never any leak in the coil."
"AC out in midsummer heat while other companies were unavailable ~ SoBellas responded with a technician that same morning. Problem resolved & would use them again!"

My AC started leaking water all over the floor by my furnace. Called E-Square and they gave me a date for first thing tomorrow which was good. Texted me earlier that they would be available at four today which I accepted. Luis the technician showed up and went straight to work. Fixed the issue with no problem and charged me close to nothing. Was in and out in less than an hour. A good thing with this company is they send you texts to tell you where the tech is. Great service. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

At the time I visited their store, it was listed on their business cards that they worked on pinball machines, so I was excited I had been looking for awhile. It was listed on their business cards. The business is a local small business so I thought it was a win win. First thing I paid for home a home service call, it's extra. I made the appointment and when the technicians came they spent maybe 3 minutes looking at my machine took pictures and said they would get back in touch with me. Three weeks later I called back because I hadn't heard anything, they said the have to bring the machine to the shop. I should have took that as a warning, but thought I'd give them a chance. I agreed to let them 3 days later they called to tell me the bill was $850 for parts and service. I was happy that it was going to work finally. They said it was an electrical repair, so when the dropped off the machine I paid $750 it left a balance of $105. I said I would pay on the balance on Thursday 2 days away. They turned on the machine and right away there was a humming sound that wasn't there before. I told the tech he said that was due to moving the machine, "it needed to settle" I new better but I said ok, he said it's under warranty so don't worry we will come back if it doesn't go away. I agreed. I played the machine and within 3 days the machine had electrical issues so much so I was able to actually get video of it not working. I was mad so I called them and asked to speak to the owner, they put the service tech that serviced my machine on the phone. He called me cheap and accused me of trying to get out of paying$105. That weekend I went down and paid the balance and again asked for the owner the young lady at the register said I could talk to the service tech, I decided to leave. I called back later again asking for the owner, I was transferred to the service tech. He assured me that they would come back and fix it that was a over a month and a half ago. My machine is a collector item. I have pictures time stamped prior to the repair of every inch of the machine, if you look at the bill, it says $450 for parts, not one electrical piece in the machine was new or different. If they fixed the electrical system you would think they would have fixed it a 100%, I have pictures of electrical(lights) that don't even work. Instead of fixing the electrical issues they bypassed the problem and even stated on the receipt that the switch will be on all time, which means it will eventually short out the transformer. This company prides itself on doing just enough to get by, do not expect them to go the extra mile. They lied and charged me for parts they didn't buy or at least put into my machine. They have yet to call me back to fix the issues. If you want to be scammed and robbed feel free to give them a call. If you think I'm making this up feel free to call me 915-302-1772 and I will show you pictures of anything I have mentioned. They have since taken pinball machines off their business cards. (The last time that I was in the store)

These guys must be doing some type of fraud with the stupid warranty companies. All they say is disconnect your refrigerator, let it defrost, and it should work once you connect it again lol. That's not fixing the problem, who wants to be defrosting a new refrigerator every few months. Who knows how much they charge the warranty companies for that bs service lol. They are absolutely lazy, try to do less than the minimum, and you have to call them nonstop as they don't keep their word when they say they'll call you back. They are a joke and at this point all I can do is laugh at how unbelievable it is, like a comedy on tv!

Julian R. was the technician that helped with our AC issue. We live in another state, so we were not at the home the Julian was servicing. he communicated with us throughout the process and sent photos as well. He solved the problem quickly and efficientl. I would definitely always trust SoBellas and Julian R. with all of our home systems.

"I'm forever going to be a beginner at sewing since I don't make the time or have patience to take the classes. Having said that, I always look hopeless and confused when I walk into fabric and notion stores. The customer service representatives always spot me right away. Luckily, I found Sew What's New (fyi: one of the most clever and cute business names I've come across). They helped guide me in the right direction as far as finding specific materials that I needed for my project...things that I had never heard of. They seem popular as the shop was full for one of their early morning classes.Friendly and ready to assist...no matter how dumb you think you're question might be. A little more pricey but worth it for me since I would be saving on gas to go to their competitors locations across town. Great location too!"
"Dad & son shop in central El Paso. Very knowledgeable & friendly. I bought a dryer belt, discounted, & then he gave me helpful advice for when trying to install the belt."
"Excellent work. I've used these guys twice and been very pleased both times. Their work is fast and done on the spot. Transparent as well- they'll show you what's wrong and how they can fix it without too much of a dent in your wallet. i hate calling repairmen for things around the house as I am pretty handy but when things get too technical, these are my go-to guys."
"Great service. Called them on a Friday to repair my ice maker and it was fixed on Monday. They are true professions and do their work for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone that needs an appliance repair!"
"David was extremely professional. Quickly responded to my text and stayed on top of communicating with me. Came in did the repair and was friendly. He provided us some maintenance recommendations and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be using him in the future."
"This is a family run business. One guy and his brother seem to keep the place up and going. I'm good with that. I like using local, family, mom & pop businesses when possible. He was prompt and courteous and didn't mind me watching him while he took my washer apart to see if it was the belt like I thought. There was nothing about the cost of the repair or the knowledge of the repairman that upset me. I pride myself on fixing stuff myself and have gotten pretty good at it over the years. But this was a bigger repair job than I wanted to tackle. He knew his stuff and I would call them again for appliance repair. They always got right back with me when I called to see if my part was in.My two concerns are: 1. They needed to order a part - which took over a week to get - and I would have been good with paying for the part upfront. 2. He wanted the full amount including labor before he had done anything to the washer expect diagnose the issue. All worked out fine, it was just a little odd a repair place didn't have parts for what they repair and the labor was to be paid upfront."
"My 14 year old Whirlpool Duet Dryer a front loader stopped getting hot after abuse of a family of 6. UGH! who has money for a new one.We went to their shop at where they sell a ton of used appliances for a new to me dryer to see what we could find. We explained our situation. Should we buy one there or have them fix ours. They were very informative stating the older machines are better less computer parts and just fix it. We called about a month later. Yes we went old school for a month. They came out same day. They took the dryer to their shop and brought it back the same day. About a 5 hour turn around. The gentlemen was friendly and really efficient. My dryer works great all for under $200. I am so happy.I tried them despite previous bad review because they could have sold me a used dryer for a lot more.I will re-review if my dryer goes out."
"We rent. Our refrigerated air went out on a Friday, and the homeowner's warranty company would not pay for weekend repairs. It was between 98 and 103 degrees outside, and the weekend was beyond miserable. 5 Star arrived at 8:30 Monday morning, went up on the roof, came down, explained the problem, and was done by 11:30. We had cold air!! They recognized and replaced wiring that was absolutely embarrassingly old and exposed. We had rain the previous Friday morning and it had shorted out. They replaced the wiring and even left extra in the unit in case it needed to be replaced again. They were courteous, professional and fast!! We appreciate them so much!"
"Bill is the best he knows exactly what he is doing and affordable. He's polite and quick would certainly recommend him!!!Thank you Mr Willian GentryCristobal ReyCheers"
"I was very impress with the service. They explained the price difference between fixing plus tune up vs buying a new machine. I choose to replace the belt and filters and was so surprised that I got back a machine that looked brand new. Extremely friendly staff!!"
