Bush's Chicken

The food came out hot and fast! The price was reasonable for it being a family meal. The restaurant was very clean and dinning area seemed comfortable for time time we were there. Easy to access parking. The staff was helpful to making sure we had everything we needed like seasoning, sauces napkins etc

Pretty good! I didn't even know Bush's Chicken was still around in El Paso. I believe there were two other locations but this is the only one left in town. The other two closed awhile back. My mom bought us some chicken strips and fries. It also came with mashed potatoes and rolls. All of it tasted good. The chicken had more fat than I would've liked but it was still good. I had to pick it out of course! Sorry if that sounds gross! Lol. I didn't have any of the mashed potatoes. There was enough food for about four or five people. The rolls were soft, warm and buttery. Perfect for me! That's how I like them. The fries were the crinkled kind and they also tasted good. The only reason I say four stars is because the chicken was too fatty for me. Other than that, everything was good. Would I come back? Yes I would! It's a bit far for me but if I'm on the eastside, I'll stop by if and when the mood strikes. Sorry, I forgot to take pics! I'll take some the next time I go back.

Every time I come here I have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken.This is a fried chicken business the chicken should be ready.This is the third time I have came and had to wait just to get chicken.I wanted to order some apple pies and was told it would be an additional 5 minutes.I wish the Bush's on Mesa never closed....

Food has taken a dive, AVOID the general manager very rude and demeaning, place is ok on cleanliness in dining area, drinks are good but ALOT of ice, just a note if you want sides or gizzards/livers they do drop fresh so do expect to wait, but nothing wrong with nice hot food! Bags of ice for $1 is a plus. Customer service is okay (mainly kids)

This place to go for comfort food in fried chicken. I prefer the liver combination. The service is great and the food is always fresh and hot!

I still haven't decided if it's good or bad that they just opened a fried chicken joint so close to my house. To make it worse, their products aren't half bad. It looks like they JUST opened, with all pennant flags surrounding the building. It looked a little busy inside, so I decided to take advantage of their drive-thru. It was also busy at their drive-thru, but it's three lanes, so I was able to sneak into one of the shorter lanes. It's not your traditional drive-thru set up, so you have employees running around to the vehicles taking orders. It's great in terms of expediency, but since they're LITERALLY running around, you have to be extra careful. Their menu is posted on the building, closer to the very left lane, so if you aren't sure what you want, it may be difficult to read the menu since you have to peer through/around the other vehicles. I ordered a three piece meal with fries and a drink. The only issue I had was the ice took up about 80% of my drink --no big deal. The food was also a little pricier than other similar establishments, but it has the advantage of being only a couple miles away from me, so they'll get my business.

Went her for lunch on Wednesday, great for the high school kids to have food literally across the street. That's not how it worked back in my day!The guy in front of me was being extremely difficult, he wanted to order four separate orders like he was grabbing it for work and was told he needed to bestow the change upon everyone who gave him the money. This was annoying me and I'm sure it was annoying the cashier because he was being more difficult with his use of language. Then another cashier stepped up as a logjam was being created, got my order in and went and sat down.I started eating before that guy's to go order was in! Chicken was tender and juicy. Bush's looks low budget as heck when it comes to decor, are they going for nostalgia? I didn't know they still made booths that looked like the late 70s burger joint.

Incredibly disappointed. My order on the receipt is correct but what I received is not. I don't live close to the location and was only in the area for the day, but the only solution the manager had for me was to come back another day with the receipt to get the food replaced. I'm pregnant and starving and can't even eat what was given to me.

Wow these people have excuses for everything that they do.....the price's for there tenders doubled in price..... there's supposed to be 16 tenders on there Tuesday tender special well there was only 14 pieces and 5 of them where like half the size.....will not ever come back to this place.... What a rip off

The Chicken is awesome, along with mashed potatoes and gravy. First had it , in Austin while visiting my Son and family. Excited to find a Bush's Chicken here on East side of El Paso.
