Bug Guy has come a long way in the nearly 3 years we have called on them since moving to Las Cruces. I think they were still new and trying to figure out business and employees the first time we used them. This time there was GREAT communication between myself and the company. We had been having a lot of rain over the week I was scheduled for service. They were fantastic at rescheduling!When the tech got here he was dressed in the company uniform (still wearing the Covid mask) and extremely polite and communicative. I asked him to be sure and get under the evergreen in the front yard and to please go around our shed in the backyard because I had seen a LOT of tiny ants out there. He was professional, thorough and 100x better than my first techs back in 2019. They give a 30 day guarantee in case you see bugs after their treatment. My go to in LC Bug Guy from now on.

So I will be honest I haven't had their exterminator come out to my house BUT me and my family had a "pantry moth infestation" I called to get some info and some advice on what to do about this problem. A lady answered the phone gave me so much information and advice on what to do and the steps I need to take in order to get these nasty bugs out of my house they generally care about giving you a solution to your problem, she wasn't even trying to make a sale or anything like that. She was super friendly and helpful and smart she knew what she was talking about. And now my big problem has been solved!!! Thank you so much!

I called this company and was promptly attended and given an appointment. Jeff, the owner, was the one who came to my home and did my termite inspection. He was incredibly polite and courteous and helped me with the propers forms I needed for my refinancing which needed proof of inspection.

i called Bug guy and had an appointment today for 8. They never showed, I called and the lady called me back just now. She said they never schedule anyone at 8. It would either be 7:30 or 8:30.... okaaaay. I don't know about all that but I did write it on my calendar as we spoke a couple weeks ago and made the appointment. The she said oh I actually show you we're seen on tne 22nd. I said today is the 22nd. She said what the hell then, oh you're scheduled for 2:30.... asked for my email again and we said goodbye. She texted me back right and saying, I don't appreciate being cut off, treat my tech nicer. Needless to say this mess won't be stepping on my property. Anyone know a professional exterminator?Update- Jeff the owner called me and came by himself to spray... I'm pretty happy. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Nice guys but every year i have to call them back for a respray because there are still bugs inside and outside. This time I called for a respray on a Monday. Tosh told me it had been 34 days and they would chatge me full price for another spray. Bad business. You lost a long time customer because of your greed. Good bye.

So professional and helpful. Although I hope we never have to see Jeff again, if I ever needed pest control again he would be my guy....My Bug Guy! He made the experience so much less frustrating. I should add that as a female I did not feel uncomfortable having him in my home, not for one second.
