Worst apartment for the price. You can find a much better place to live for quite a bit less. The management isn't so bad but the maintenance is terrible. Months to fix anything. They left me in the cold without a heater for over a week, 2 years in a row! It's easy to say "well, if you don't like it then move," but everyone knows how costly and time consuming a move can be. That is why I write this review, to help anyone I can from making the mistake of moving into these apartments.

Worst apartments ever. They will raise the price $100 every new lease, they don't care to answer their office phone.. I've been trying to call them for various reasons throughout 3 years now and not once have they answered their office phone phones or even call back after leaving a message with answering service. The ac is so old that it's like not having one at all. They'll threaten eviction for every little thing.. they've added a $25 charge to my rent for no reason and left a note on my door saying to pay it or face eviction.. this has happened more than once. The neighborhood is the worst. There are kids constantly outside playing on the street with no safety common sense. They'll literally cross the road without even looking. Those kids have no respect and love to steal packages. I've had them take packages from my front door and rip them open to steal the items inside leaving the trash and evidence thrown on the sidewalk. Toilets and showers are very old and don't work properly. The toilet leaks from the bottom.. I've called several times to get it repaired but no answer. It caused mold growth which is just another problem you'll have to deal with yourself. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.. it's absolutely not worth it.
