Took my car in for a recall and picked it back up to find this on driver side. They hit it on something and acted like nothing happened.
Bravo Chevrolet employees wrecked my truck during servicing.
Truck went in for servicing for over 3 weeks and came out wrecked.

This scuff was noticed, and brought to Bravo's attention prior to delivery.

Went to the parts department and ordered a part that was due in 3 days, I called after 5 days and was informed the part was there.I asked why I had not been contacted and was informed that they are busy. When I arrived to pick up the part and I again questioned them on poor customer service they then said it was a lack of training to the employees.Two star rating is deserved.

Buying my car was easy- the registration paperwork on the other hand has been a total disaster! They claim they support veterans and always looking out- Not quite, not only did they not process my registration until the mid May ( I had to keep calling to get an extension) they never filed the correct paperwork even after I have provided all the information 3 different times! I've gone in to speak to managers and they just blow it off because the sale has been made the hell with taking care of the customer/veteran. Don't be fooled by the smiles, they will not follow through in the promises or do the paperwork correctly, 6 months later, 8 emails, 5 in person visits to mangers and an email to GM and nothing has been done to correct the issue. Shop else where!

Worst Service Department in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost 20 days later my car is still not fixed. If you are driving through Las Cruces NM keep driving or have a tow truck to take your vehicle to a different city or state. If their service department is this horrible; I wouldn't recommend buy a car from them. The management team and support staff are all horrible just there for a paycheck and nothing more like fixing my car. Buyer and Service Customers Please Be AWARE!!!! They take money and never fix a thing.

just took my car in on Monday and had to be the one calling for info. they told me they would call me Thursday morning and it is now Friday. I had to call and the tech told me I needed a new transmission. didnt explain what they tried to do or anything. it stayed quiet and awkward on the phone until I said Ooookay..... what are my options then.. so he tells me it's going to be $7600. sent me a text right away to see if I qualify to get a loan for that amount. I asked if I should just get a new car and he says it's just up to you.... said he can get me an appraisal for them to buy my car but never called back. my brother called wanting to ask the tech what was done and he never called him back. but their diagnostic crap price was $200.... paid for bad late service. never coming here for anything. wished I saw these reviews before we bothered with them.

When Bravo returned my 2020 KIA to me (my car was 10 months old when this happened), they left it about 90% incomplete with repair....... simply put the bumper on to cover up their failure to repair properly from being rear-ended. Bravo had no care for proper repairs, me as a customer, or my property! YET, they are to be 1-Car Gold Certified!!THEY GOT CAUGHT!

My daughter's Camaro has been in two accidents while living in Las Cruces. the first time we took it to Bravo, the service and workmanship was fantastic. we were kept informed about everything, from insurance issues to timelines of getting parts. And this was during Covid when we were expecting delays. After the second accident, which was the front bumper, left fender and headlights, of course our first thought was Bravo. However, our second experience has not been as good. We dropped her car off on December 15, expecting that due to delays in getting parts, it might be 2-3 months. We are now at the 6 month mark and still no car. When we call/text we get no response from the Service Manager. When we call the main number, nobody answers the phone. Very disappointed.
