Where to begin - BRAVO CADILLAC in Las Cruces. Took my vehicle in for 60,000 mile service. Alex Carreras-a service advisor lied on my work receipt. He said I requested an injector cleaning because my vehicle was idling rough. When, in fact, he suggested it. They also don't greet you They sit there behind their work station waiting for you to find them. To top it off, that dealership parked my vehicle out in the parking lot and I had to go find it when they were finished. I can't even tell you all the rest that was wrong. Mr.Lance Knopp - Bravo Director of Operations - kindly took care of that and advised next time I needed service to use their BEST dealership in my area - El Paso Bravo Cadillac. He offered to detail my vehicle and give me a loaner if I would give them a second chance. So, I did. I was contacted by Mr. FERRER, THE SERVICE MANAGER on July 7th. I had a few other issues I wanted them to check out since I was driving 100+ miles and he told me they could do diagnostic tests to figure out what needed to be done. It was agreed that I would be there July 11th at 9:00 am and he would have a loaner vehicle ready for me. I had to get up at 5:45 am to leave my home in Deming, NM and be there by 9:00am. I arrived at 8:58 am only to wait 1 hour and 33 minutes for the loaner. To top it off, had to wait longer for temp tag AND only had gas enough for 93 miles! Less than what it would take me to get home. AND, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE KEY FOB-SO I HAD TO REPLACE THAT! SO, it continues to go downhill...NO ONE called me all afternoon Tuesday or Wednesday to update me. I finally called about 3:30 where Mr. FERRER-THE SERVICE MANAGER - gave me a different story than my advisor, David! This whole experience, I got nothing but lies from Mr Ferrer. AND, at one point the dealership General Manager Mr. LUIS Acosta, was notified by Mr. Knopp about the issues. I NEVER HEARD FROM MR. ACOSTA! I told them to forget it and I would pick up my vehicle Friday at 12:30. My vehicle had the oil change, tire rotation and the detailing offered by Mr. KNOPP. EVERYTHING looked great. I noticed the front car mats were EXTREMELY slick but thought that was just because they had maybe cleaned them with something. This morning when I went out to get something out of my car n I noticed there were large black areas where the mats met the carpet. PRIOR TO THIS MY 2016 WAS SPOTLESS!All day I've tried to find out WHAT ON EARTH THEY USED ON THE MATS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ME!!! Consequently, I'm writing this and will be filing a BBB REPORT! The owner of this dealership, AND The Las Cruces dealership, MR ALEX FLORES needs to be aware of how things are being done.

On 2/10/2024 we purchase a vehicle from the Bravo Cadillac of Las Cruces which is a sister store to Bravo Cadillac El Paso. The salesman Josh, sales manager Eduardo and Emmanuel Melendez are unprofessional people who promised to call back with answers to our questions and after many calls and messages, we are still waiting for one of them to calls us back. So avoid yourself a headache, and go buy your vehicle where the sales team have better customer service because these individuals lack common courtesy! Very disappointed! Alex Flores, owner of this dealership should teach customer service etiquette.

Brand new Cadillac. And I've had to bring it in multiple times for warranty work. Sunroof creaking. Rear axle message. I'm back for both of these again. Why can't they be fixed the first time. Now the rear driver side seatbelt is broken. To top it all off, there are no loaner cars anymore. What am I supposed to do? This is unacceptable.

It took more than two months to get my license plates due to having problems when vehicle was purchased at the dealership. An obnoxious, loud little person who advertises on TV this dealership, showed up in the middle of me getting information about my plates, and had to wait...I don't think this dealership needs this distractor in order to attract customers...unless trying to appeal people who like a circus atmosphere. Please, place this guy in his office and have a more professional individual promoting your business on the social media. Took my car for service, I was told to wait in the waiting area, that I would be notified when my car was ready. After a couple of hours, I asked about my car, and I was told that it had been ready about an hour ago! Totally NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!

These people screwed me. I've been coming here for a decade, but this place is starting to reek of scam artists.TL;DR: They did a bunch of work they didn't advise me of, charged me double what they quoted me, and went off the grid for two weeks. Everyone I talked to played dumb and didn't know anything about anything until i became rude. And I've never actually seen my supposed advisor, the only guy who knows what's going on.Long story short, I brought my car in due to a coolant problem. Never mind they charged me $250 just for a diagnosis. But their "complementary" multi point inspection found other issues. My CV axle boot was torn. Ok fine. I ask how much my service would cost in total. They say about $700. I'm fine with that. Two weeks pass with no contact. I start calling them. Nobody seems to know anything, and my advisor can never be found. He's always at lunch or off work or something, and nobody knows anything about my car. After several days of this, I start getting rude on the phone. Magically, it turns out they just finished yesterday!I come to pick up my car, and I find they've replaced the entire axel without telling me so I'm being charged $1500. I say WTF IS THIS? I said they could replace the boot, not the whole axle. Lady is playing dumb again "well I don't know anything since I'm not your advisor. Let me try to get a hold of him"After waiting for this fucking guy who, at this point, I'm convinced he doesn't exist, I finally blew my top and said fuck this. I need my car. I can't keep coming home from work everyday to take my kid to school because I only have one car.Fuck this place. I'll goto Albuquerque for service before I ever come here again.

I would re-think doing business with this dealership. 03/23/24 I went to purchase used vehicle. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager all collaborated in a fraudulent scheme. They deceitfully obtained our information, lied and said it was not for a credit check. The finance manager asked me about submitting an application to a different bank other than that of our pre-approval and I said no. I walked out on the deal. Come to find out days later they decided to do what they wanted with our information and run our credit without a signature, verbal authorization, or online application. When I called out the three individuals involver they denied it, played dumb, and even had their finance directorio call me and be rude, berate me, and go as far as to say they had me on camera signing an application. The company has condoned this illegal behavior.

Giving them a one star since I can't go lower than that. The only Cadillac dealer in town so I have no choice but to used them. Service department is subpar. This is the second time I bring my suv and have been extremely disappointed with the service. 1st time they called me and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up and I went to pick it up just to find out they had closed and no one to be found. Today... I had a diagnostic appointment at 9 AM. They asked if I wanted to do an oils change as well. It was 3PM and I hadn't heard anything back. So I proceeded to call them. I was told that they were not able to do my diagnostic as the mechanics were too busy. What's the point of making an appointment.? They had my vehicle all day only to do an oil change and not what I had an appointment for.

I recently bought a used car and they were pretty helpful and gentle until I signed, car has a couple of moldings loose and they only had one remote for the car and no key, they promised me to fix the moldings and get me a second remote with a key, well now after a month I've been trying to contact them (calls and texts) to get all that fixed and they don't even answer the phone, so basically they trick telling me all that to me to take the car. For me that'll be the last deal I do with Bravo.

Bought a 2021 Chevy. Vehicle was damaged after it was received at the dealership. They tried to hide the damage and made it sound like it was minimal. Whole roof was damaged and dented. Traveled 300 miles to dealer twice telling me it was ready for pick up, and both times it wasn't. No one was honest about the damage except Mike the online manager. Everyone else tried to cover it up and directly lied to me after I specifically asked if it was damaged. Canceled the deal after they offered me $500 in compensation for my troubles on a 64k truck. The whole experience was unnecessary, and the bad part is someone's gonna buy that truck not knowing of the damage. They assured me it would not be on the Carfax. Shady all around.
