Boss Tenders Dogs & Custard - Zaragoza

I'm always fond of this place. Where I usually get a 2 Boss Dog's with a Custard which the Custard ends up being about 50% off with the combination of an entree order. You can do the combination with fries. However, for me personally is a bit too much food and I'd be painfully full to the point of taking away from the enjoyment. I usually get the custard I already paid for after I've fully finished with the meal, which is a common option many do. Just keep the receipt just in case the original cashier doesn't remember you or is otherwise engaged. In either case I've never had a bad experience here and I prefer it much more than places like McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King and definitely not as healthy as Chick Fil-A. Their Mango & Coconut Teas are pretty good too.

I ordered my food to-go. Nothing special that makes this place stand out. Maybe the sauce but it was nothing to write home about. I ordered El Jefe to try a mix of their main offerings which was chicken tenders and a chili dog. The bread for the hotdog was surprisingly pretty good! It looked like too much bread but it was really soft and perfectly toasted. The chili and the actual hotdog was pretty basic. I couldn't tell if the chili was home made or anything. The tenders was ok also. Didn't have a taste that would stand out compared to anyone. If you were in a blind tasting test, you would probably tenders from the frozen section at a grocery store.

Great food. Love the tenders and the Boss Sauce! The desserts are fantastic as well. The ambiance is a bit industrial, but I like that vibe.

Two things. One: I have been dying to try this place since i saw it on the westside, from the name to the look and atmosphere that it holds i knew this was a place i could call myself a regular in. Two: This rating is based on the Custard and presentation/customer service of the place. Me and the fam went to our nearest PPP to enjoy a nice pie, Dad had been craving some Works style pizza and since his bday was a few days ago we decided to extend the festivities a bit. Afterwards i found myself catching a glimpse of the brand new BOSS located here on Zaragoza, and decided that a custard would be the perfect ending to dinner. The place was impeccable, its new i know but this place just screams dope. From the walls to the writing to the details in everything, whoever designed the color scheme gets an A++. The custard was great, reminded me of old times...i got the strawberry cheesecake and the bits of cheesecake tasted fresh and not frozen, the strawberries were sweet and fresh and the whole experience made me wish i would have gone there for dinner instead. (no offense to PPP, thats still nostalgia based awesomeness.) I can't wait to try their dogs and chicken, to which I'll change this review of things go sour, or expand even more on this places awesomenes.

Esther is amazing! Seriously good customer service, we were ordering for quite a few people and looking to get the most bang for our buck so we were taking quite a while ordering and she was so patient, friendly and attentive. Mind you it wasn't busy but that is besides the point we need that customer service everywhere she was super sweet and will definitely go far with her personality. Food wise it's comparable to raising canes which I'm sure other reviews would say but it's still super tasty and has salads sandwiches custard and hot dogs so there's definite options. The boss fries are delicious and you can't plan to go here on a diet... well maybe with a salad option I didn't check those out. First time to this location but won't be the last. Thanks Esther!!!

What a find. While driving through we stopped for lunch and thsi was a great place. The chicken was fresh and hot. and the hot dogs were spot on. It reminded me of Cain's. I wish that they had some out here in Arizona. If you are looking for some awesome chicken or dogs this is the place .

Chicken was tender and moist, dog was OK. The only reason it did not get a higher rating were the over cooked fries. The sundae was very good and had plenty of nuts - loved it. The service was attentive, fast, and friendly. Will return for the chicken

Gotta try the chicken bites and make sure u get them spicy ! And if u have the kids with u get them a custard

My boyfriend Ordered me a boss combo for work he didn't check it but When he gave me the food I was shocked to see 2 tenders and the smallest amount of fries ever. I was supposed to revive 4-6 tenders and I got 2 little ones. I am beyond disappointed with this location i recommend those who order here to check your meal before hand but boss please work on your workers. I'm supposed to receive at max 3 tenders for a typical boss meal this was just disappointing. And I obviously ate my food as I am hungry and at work, would love to have something to make up for this,thank you.
