Bosque Brewing - Telshor Public House

So I've been here twice. The first time was with a group of friends and we just ordered a bunch of appetizers to share. we had a high top kind of in the middle of the room. The vibe was very chill, family-friendly even though it's kind of bar/restaurant-y. The server that day was great with a large group, made sure drinks were never empty and people were never hungry. That day, my favorite food item had to have been their chicken wings. Then the next week, had an impromptu date lunch with hubby and I suggested we come here. GREAT choice. It was pretty quiet because it was a weekday right after lunch hour. Our server was again wonderful. The pricing on the food is very reasonable and the quality is great. This day we had cheese curds for apps - I wanted more!! I ordered the Green Chile Mac n Cheese for myself, hubby had the Beef Birria Tacos and then we shared a slice of Dulce de Leche cheesecake. Everything tasted AMAZING!!

We are from out of town and came in twice. We are a group of 10 and the first visit took about 2 hours for us to get our food after sitting down. Understanding they may have been understaffed for our big group, we didn't hold it against them and came back a few days later. We were greeted with a "god I hope there isn't 10 of you." Whoever the host was had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Our server was actually very pleasant. The second visit took about an hour to receive all of our food and it was very scattered in timing. We are a pretty quiet group and only 2 alcoholic beverages were ordered between the lot of us, so I don't think we were ever inconveniencing to the staff. We will never be coming back although the food was pretty good. Terrible service!

Oh lord where do I begin, the service is really bad not many patrons and somehow the service is still incredibly slow, might be due to one of the servers constantly checking her phone. Now the food oh what do I say about the food, well it's not good it's not offensive but most of our burgers were burned and bro buy a slice of cheese why the hell are they using shredded cheese. Not let's get down to the playlist they are playing. the ambiance doesn't mesh with the playlist they are playing. It's such a nice bar and they are only playing the 2008-2013 pop hits, I don't really want to drink a craft beer and then listen to Arianna grande screech and Katy Perry shout about girl power. I feel like I have been transported to the year my parents got divorced and that's net negative, it's giving recession in the worst way.

Plenty of beer on tap here. I really liked the space. I don't know if they were understaffed on the Sunday we stopped in (around lunch time), but it was a little slow at times, especially when it came time to settle the check. I felt like the server was stressed at one point, hence the thinking they might have been short staffed. I didn't find the space particularly busy.The food was very good and the beer was excellent. Just a little slow on the uptake when it came to service.

Plenty of tasty beer & cider options as you'd expect at a brewing company. A BIG plus is their menu is filled with delicious food as well. A nice plus for those coming in hungry, the portions are big.Service is very friendly & attentive as well. Servers are happy to provide as many beer tastings as you'd like to help ensure your glass order is something you'll enjoy. Pro-Tip: The sweet potato fries are amazing!

This is within walking distance of nearby hotels. The fire is quite tasty and reasonably priced. Loved the chicken street tacos and the roasted pepper appetizer. After eating at a couple of other local establishments- all good, this was convenient and walking distance after drinking that craft beer to the hotel was easy

Love this addition to this part of town! We also enjoy the other Bosque location in LC but this one is even closer to us. Stopped in for lunch and had great service, some tasty beers, and delicious food - we split the pretzel bites and birria tacos. Yum! Will definitely be back at this location again.

Nice little place. Nothing fancy for a brewery. Limited menu. But good beers and some the best birra tacos I've had in a while. Excellent service. The bar area was packed. My friends had green chili Mac and cheese with pulled pork and said it was outstanding. Will be back.

We were in town visiting White Sands and stumbled across this brewery. I wish we had one back home! We had a salad, cheese curds, and Amber lager. It's hard to find a good Amber lager these days, so it was so refreshing. They even have half pints.

We went on a Sunday afternoon while staying at a nearby hotel. It was empty so service was great. Inside seating was mainly picnic table size but some tables for 4. Only wanted a snack so we shared the street corn birria tacos. Red sauce very hot. Tacos were stuffed. They were great,
