Bosque Brewing - Las Cruces Public House

Been here a few times now and I always enjoy the food. I got a Birria grilled cheese that was great and the fries are beer battered and tasty. You cannot leave without trying the cheese curds that come with a to die for aioli

The food was good, the beer was fabulous. The service was also very good, our waiter was very friendly.

Was on a road trip, and wanted to stop somewhere on my route from Scottsdale to White Sands that was something other than fast food. Had my dog with me so looked for a late lunch spot with a patio. Saw Bosque mentioned, soooooo perfect, I love beer!It was in the mid 50s upon sitting down and the only heater they appeared to have was broken. Or the server couldn't figure out how to use it. One or the other. Service was good though!The special double dry hopped hazy IPA that I tried was to die for. I ordered the build your own burger medium rare and it came out cooked perfectly. The fries are crispy and delicious. They do taste like that have a pinch of rosemary which gave me an unexpected delight. I drove a few miles past my initial exit to go here. It's not far off the road and I would hands down go here again.

I would give this place 3.5 stars. It's a good hangout in the university area. We came here after we went to two other places and discovered they were already closed/the kitchen was closed at 8pm. There's lots of different seating options with long community style tables, good for groups, a quieter section with regular tables, and bar seating. We had the green Chile burger with jalapenos. It hit the spot. Service was good. The waiter came right away and gave us an honest opinion on the different beers on tap and gave us tasters. Funny music selection with house/club music being played at some points even though the vibe is def not clubby.

Tasty beers, nice casual atmosphere, and great service. We stopped in on New Years Day and each had a couple beers at the bar and an order of cheese curds - they were very flavorful, although a little greasier than I would have liked. But would definitely order again based on flavor alone. Lots of seating options inside and out, whether you're on your own or with a group. Our bartender was friendly and helpful with offering samples and checking back on us often. Definitely check this place out!

The service was great! Prompt and just enough attention. The green chili Mac and cheese was so good!! Very cool atmosphere! Driftwood oatmeal stout - two thumbs up!!!

Let's start with the positives! Service was EXCELLENT! Very clean.Green Chili Mac and Cheese with crispy chicken was fantastic. Key Lime beer is so good!Hubby had the Fish & Chips. Unfortunately, it was terrible. Batter had no flavor, very little fish and way overcooked. Thankfully, I had enough Mac and Cheese to share.

I love the pro-mental health message and story behind this place. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that in a brewery! It's much needed and very refreshing. This place is all about community and helping people not have to be alone.I also really loved the beers, and the food! This is a perfect place to come after climbing in the Organ Mountains!My only critique is that the servers really need to take some sort of notes. It's stressful for all involved when you are rattling off a dozen different beers you want for your samplers, all with long and/or quirky names. Something is bound to get garbled, as it did with our order.Also, kudos to them for getting reeeeally funky with some of their offerings! A pickle beer?! I love big swings like that!

I love the buffalo boneless bites, the ranch is so delicious. I usually drink the salt money because that's my favorite. They have a lot of good options. Lastly, they seem to always pick the best severs and bartenders. Just laid back vibe and fun.
