Border Taxi Cab

I was lied to and cheated by the cab driver. I was stranded at the greyhound station and asked to be taken to the closest inexpensive hotel. He told me it was $25 to get to motel 6. He ended up taking me to the la Quinta nearby motel 6. On my way to the terminal the next day, I noticed many closer hotels and I would have had a fare of under $10 if he'd been honest.

Do NOT call this company if you plan on getting to your destination on time. I set up a pickup well in advance, but they still showed up 25 minutes late and almost caused me to miss my flight. When I called the dispatcher to see how much longer it would be, they lied to me and told me the cabbie was 3 minutes away when in fact he was 15 minutes away. After this fiasco, when I called the office to complain, the extremely rude manager, Jerry, showed zero concern about what happened and even started yelling at me. This company is completely incompetent in all aspects of running a taxi cab service.
