Boozy Ice Cream Barlor

This place is dream for my inner fat boy. A Cold Stone for adults? sign me up. Amazing service. And they let you bring your pups. How can you go wrong.For those complaining about the wait. They are making each every ice cream individually fresh to order. It will take some time. It's ice cream "Chill Out" and relax.

Things you need to know before going here-it's called boozy ice cream, it's not kid friendly but very adult friendly -it will take them a minute to get your ice cream, cause they make every single cup especially for the customer. Stand back and watch the process cause it's cool to watch. Came here on a whim and so glad we did. Everyone wore gloves and the place is very clean. Music is load but has a good vibe. He got the bourbon pecan and I got the snozzberry. Both were made in front of us and we were really impressed with the process. The guys behind the counter were super helpful and explained the process and the menu.

We went to try it out. They didn't have anything but wings and not even the wings I wanted. Unless you are craving ice cream with liquor I wouldn't recommend. This one is the westside one. Try the east side one.

I mean 5 stars alone go to the concept and creativity of this place. A dessert place for mainly adults.... FUN!!!! I was looking for a new place to go get some drinks and I came across this pace. Walking in we were properly greeted and given the the heads up that it would be a while wait to get our order. You could tell they were hard at work so that wasn't an issue for us. So they have drinks and then they have creamtails. The creamtails take a while to make, but once you see the work and detail that goes into these things you understand the wait. The ice cream is mixed with ingredients from scratch and then liquid nitrogen slowly freezes the alcohol mixed into the ice cream. It's a pretty neat process, in which you can have a front seat view. The drinks are light, but they are all pretty refreshing. I guess I'm pretty bias though in that department, cuz let's be real I'm a veteran drinker lol. I like then on the stronger side.... But I really can't complain on the flavor because they were all pretty good. The service was good, all the guys were on top of their game and all of them were making sure everyone had what they needed. I did read a review about high prices and the staff not wearing gloves. First off all of the staff that I saw wore gloves, which really doesn't make a difference to me, but I just thought I would note that. And honestly after seeing the work that goes into the creamtails, I would easily say they are under priced. Now a days you can't get a cocktail for under $12 and they are $10 as are the creamtails, which I would easily pay $14 for, considering. Overall from the ambience, aesthetic, service, to the quality I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I love when new concepts come to El Paso and this is definitely one of them that's worth supporting. Check them out, you won't be disappointed. A tip.... order drinks while you wait for your creamtail, since they take less time to make...

This place has a great concept but their marketing and customer service is horrible. We first went there around lunch time where they were "open" but then said they were not open till 5. We went back again to only be told they don't have any of their food items because the "manager" doesn't know if they will deliver it. Then we waited over an hour for 3 single serve ice creams then were told that they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to make the rest. We were told that they don't charge until the end because they can't guarantee that they will be able to fill orders. This was poor justification for poor customer service. They need to update their hours on their site. They need to restructure. Heck we may take this concept back home and do it right!!!

The drink I ordered ended up being Fanta, liquor and ice cream. Nothing special but not bad. But that wasn't the worst part. The cashier used Ray Ban Stories sunglasses to steal my credit card by saying the card reader wasn't working. Thought it was weird he put on sunglasses to charge my card inside a dark bar but when he touched the side of his glasses twice as he looked at each side of my card, I knew what he was up to. Walked out and froze my credit card as I left and sure enough, attempts were made but blocked.

Went in on a Sunday and no servers were there. Called and asked if they were open and they said they were. Unfortunately we sat around for 10 minutes before leaving.

Employee was licking the ice cream beater after he was done making my ice cream. SO GROSS!!!!!!! I know they get washed but it makes me wonder what goes on in the back while the food is being prepared for the day??? I didn't enjoy my ice cream just thinking about it so I barely had any at all. The taste is below average and not worth the price of the ice cream.

Gross ice cream and over priced!! when i went in the place was completely empty and we waited like 30 mins for them to make 3 ice creams.

YES, go! It's flipping delicious and you can get it with or without booze. Literally made in front of your eyes! It's an awesome experience
