Boot Barn

Went in to make a return for my husband, the date was well under 30 days, tags attached to the shirt, receipt and card both present. But in order to process the return they asked for my entire personal info.... Without giving them my personal info they would not process the return even if in the return policy they did not state that. This was a bad experience also ruined my very first impression of them. They asked me for my name, last name, phone number, email AND address. They said it was to keep up with my returns, I don't think we want to continue shopping when they made me feel this uncomfortable making me give my personal information.
