Boba Tea Top

High functioning boba tea shop...We had a great time prepping to pick up the kids from school. We had some time to kill and stopped here at the location on Montana. Glad we did.The options are plenty. They have icy sweet milk teas, mixed fruit, single fruit teas, plushies and smoothies. They have snacks and souvenirs, too.The ambiance was very chill. They had pop country on, that gave that chill vibe. It was cool to just relax in their couches while sipping on some tea. At 3:30ish, the place is well lit and has plenty of places to sit, from loungers to high tops. If you look, you will see plenty of signs that encourage smiling :)The shop is part of a strip mall, that has its own lot. The staff was friendly and efficient at getting our drink and the folks that stopped by to pick up their boba.I recommend.

Cute boba tea! I had the guava slush with lychee. It was refreshing! I did have to mix it so I don't slurp all the lychee found on the bottom of the drink. The cup was super sturdy and cute, made from recycled plastic. They doOffer snacks like cheesecake and cake rolls but I didn't try them. Great hang out place for friends. The girl at the register was nice and checked on us.

Came here during our recent trip to El Paso, we were looking for Boba when this spot and another one of our favorites popped up. Since this one was on the way and next to another local place we wanted to try we decided to give it a shot. Right away I'll say that the location and decor was really pretty It was genuinely a whole vibe such as many of the new boba shops that have been opening up. We were the only ones there and when we went inside no one was near the counter we saw that there was an employee in the back behind the curtain. She didn't acknowledge that we were there although she must've heard the door bell ring a few times and we were talking as well. Several minutes went by until she came to the front no response just stared. We gave her our orders and the few questions we had she was abrasive and rude. Right after we placed our orders several people came in. A couple were trying to order on the Kiosk but something wasn't working and they tried to get her attention, asking for help. They must've asked her at least twice as she was mixing ingredients with again no response or acknowledgment to customers even though she was at the front. Only directing her attention to them as she was bringing up our orders. Once again answering abrasively. Although the bobas were okay and the colors of the flavors look cute in photos but tasted just really sweet although I'd asked for less sugar. Mainly this review is due to the fact that service was terrible. Hopefully it was an off day in which case maybe next time she'll called out so no other customers have to deal with her attitude or she needs more training on how to provide adequate customer service. Once of the most displeasing experience I've had at a boba place.

The drinks are very good here. There is a good selection of drinks and inclusions. The jelly boba is delicious as are the different boba flavors. The service is always good. The place is decorated nicely .

My drink is always amazing and the decorations are adorable. The staff is so kind and always make my drink quick. i love tea top.
