Blue Panda Tattoo

Great shop- nothing offensive, obscene, or that would make someone hide their eyes---very tasteful!!! Great artists, best I have seen over many states- makes me want to book a flight just for a tattoo! Made me feel very comfortable and valuable.

do NOT go here for a first SIMPLE AND SMALL tattoo or a walk in! at least not with joseph. i for sure am not coming back. my first tattoo i decided to ask if they had space for a walk in and the girl said if the other scheduled girl didn't come back they could do my SMALL tattoo (she apparently had a medium sized piece and hers alone would take until they closed which is why she said they could only if she wouldn't be back, i even showed her the reference and how big i wanted it). i waited patiently and asked how much she thought it would be for my SMALL tattoo, she was no help, then switched topic so i never got an answer but thought nothing of it considering how small it was. i had done enough research on my own to have some kind of price range idea (of maybe $50-$75 considering i was a walk in too) and yet tell me why i got charged 105 DOLLARS??! i even looked at him like waiting for a "i didn't mean to put that" or something along those lines of it being an error but no he told me i could put in my card already and he looked annoyed and like he wanted to leave already. he didn't take longer than 30 mins, and i thought it looked fine because i was excited but how are you gonna charge $105 for a tattoo that was barely TWO INCHES BIG if that?!! not to mention the fact that it's not even shaded in all the way (and yes i was aware that maybe it would need a touchup considering the two people that needed to be filled in, but there was no way i was going back after i got charged 105 wth!) what's worse is i still tipped him $10 as courtesy, which was not deserved at all considering how much i was already charged and the attitude throughout the time i spent with him. (i can't imagine what a big piece of his like the one on the shops instagram page costs) i don't want to discredit any of the other artists but i still wouldn't recommend this place because they even fucked up my industrial piercing about a year or so prior to this tattoo (it was a male but i forgot his name so just be aware!)

My boyfriend had an interview and the night before we tried everything to take off his earrings. 4 different people tried and no one could get them off. He went in and Andrew was so incredibly kind. Did it in 30 seconds. He refused to take payment or even a tip. He really saved the day. Thank you. Will definitely be coming back for their services. Also, they did have really nice earrings at very decent prices.

Good navel piercing experience. The staff was helpful and knew what they were doing. They fixed my previously done piercing.

They gave my husband excellent service but me not so much which was incredibly disappointing. I had met the artist that was said to be good with doing the design I wanted. I have chronic pain so I wasn't able to come in for a while and when I did he told me he could do it. I gave him a list of the things wanted and we kept in touch. He did everything last minute and I had to basically get on the his ass about the design. I received a basic design and it wasn't even finished yet. I told him I wanted new things added because I wasn't exactly thrilled and the response I received was so passive aggressive. He kept trying to convince me of what it would look like instead of taking my words into consideration or giving me advice and options.I told him when I was available and didn't receive a response for a week. I messaged him to find out what the hold up was and apparently I had to drive 45mins to come in and notify the front desk? This didn't make sense to me because I took the middle man(front desk) out and spoke to the artist personally. It was like a slap in the face. Another passive aggressive move.I left a 100$ deposit in the beginning because at the time I was so sure I wanted this artist but as the time went on I started questioning it. Is this really the kind of person I want to do a tattoo that will be with me forever?I asked for a refund but was told that that it was nonrefundable because they had to draw the design. I told him in so many words that it wasn't worth the hundred dollars and I would pay half. Again my request was denied and he said he would send me a photo of the design which btw I never got. He even went on to say that I could make a last-minute appointment after I told him I will be out of town for an unknown amount of time due to VA appts and family matters. I made sure to let them know that last minute work is unacceptable, especially to me. I have several tattoos and this tattoo that I had wanted was going to take time. It was very insulting that this was even an option that was suggested. Maybe he was having a bad month or something and I was the one who suffered. Money comes and goes so that's not really the biggest issue here it was just the way I was treated and the principle of the matter.I will definitely not be coming back here.

Sister got a tattoo at Blue Panda. Bobby did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. He made sure that she was happy with the design and comfortable during the session. They were quite busy with new and returning clients while we were there which is a good sign. The shop itself was attractive and artists are friendly and helpful. My sister is very happy with her new tattoo and we will certainly go back to Blue Panda.

Pleasant, courteous service. I had a problem putting a hoop earring back in after months of no use; it was put back in quickly. I will return to them for any new earrings in the future.

Everyone if you want the best piercer ever! Please go with Andrew he is so nice I had my nose pierced by someone else and previous piercer was rude and messed up my nose pierced I when to Andrew to replace my piercing from my nose bc it was not healing and the stud the other piercer did was small, Andrew helped me changed the piercing at no cost and did it so professionally done it's hard to find someone that wants to touch someone's else job and he was amazing I highly recommend you go with Andrew he truly is knowledgeable and also told me the size of my earring he input which is a 20g. Again thanks Andrew!

Such great attention to detail and everyone is so incredibly nice! Andrew fixed my piercings after another shop botched the job, he was so kind and patient. I appreciate them going above and beyond! It made me feel much better.

Did not even answer the door. Had a customer open the door for us instead while the artists were taking a smoke break. Terrible service. Never coming back
