I went to this shop on Sunday 6/19 to order a large funeral arrangement. The woman at the counter was not polite at all. I showed her a photo of the arrangement from their own website and instead of looking and reviewing, she was mostly concerned that I had the wrong website. I did not. I still waited and then she explained they didn't like working with Perches Funeral home and that they wouldn't deliver on a Sunday because their hours are "off." And then they explained I could pick up the arrangement myself! Uhm no! Also said the owner was not available to help on the weekend. I drove to this store to shop local and will never return. Went across the street and they gladly took my $200 with no issue and a smile. Some family-owned shops need to reconsider their approach to customers, no matter how long they've been in business.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I paid for a deluxe arrangement for a funeral and for a small vase with lilies - 3 open, 5 still buds. I called and they offered me 15% refund. The "designer" should be embarrassed.

My family has used the Blossom Shop for years. However, I have always received poor service from them. Today, Thursday, 5.9.2019, I called to get an arrangement for my deceased mother, for Mother's Day. I was immediately told that they were completely out of flowers until Monday. I said I understand and asked for them to recommend another florist. I was then told that I would just have to call around. Every time we send flowers to my parent's grave at Fort Bliss they always have to get the grave marker number, every time! They are not computerized and have to start from scratch with each order. The Blossom Shop has always made it hard to repeatedly by from them.

Pathetic. I mean, the biggest florist shop I've ever seen with absolutely nothing in it. I actually liked a pot of lilly's that they had in the cooler but was told "they're no good, you don't want them" & was given no other alternative. NEXT!

Customer service is excellent! Some of the nicest people!! Plus the flower arraignment was beautiful ! And I did the order from the phone! The delivery was super fast! Placed order at 8:30am and was delivered that morning!!! Will always count on the Blossom Shop for future orders! Keep up the good work!!!!!

Ordered a beautiful Christmas bouquet off their website for my grandparents who have been going through a rough time recently. When she sent me a picture to thank me, I was furious. What was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture. I went back and forth with customer service for two days to either get a replacement that was ACTUALLY on their website or a refund. At first they only offered me 10%, then 15% and then finally they said 20% refund was their "final offer" FOR A HORRIBLE BOUQUET THAT WAS TOTAL $87!! So I said fine, at least that'd cover all the fees that was stacked on top of the price of just the flowers. So disappointed with this service. False advertisement and rip off at its finest. Save your money and order elsewhere where they have ACTUAL pictures of what they have to offer. Wish I looked at their yelp reviews before ordering.

Ordered flowers and specifically asked for a arrangement they had advertised on their website. The arrangement was delivered timely BUT was NOT anything close to what I ordered. I was very embarrassed with the way this arrangement looked. The flowers used were not even the same as the specific arrangement that I ordered. Horrible.

I ordered what was called the "premium" bouquet which came with a premium price tag for a special someone"s 60th birthday.What arrived was half the size of what was promised and contained 3 roses where I had counted 10 in the online photo.Do you folks at Blossom think that no one is going to follow up ? The picture that was sent to me of the bouquet was not anything that was promised in size, fullness or quality of flora.Shame on you! I am definitely going to alert all of my El Paso friends in the business community to avoid ever using you!!!

Visited Blossom flower shop today for the first time. I received a referral to this shop to purchase sympathy flowers. I am absolutely blown away by this floral shop! I walked in expecting to pay over $50 for a decent arrangement. I was quickly shown to the case to see if there was anything already made up that I would like to purchase. I was surprised by the variety of different beautiful choices. I chose a gorgeous arrangement with birds of paradise, yellow roses, sunflowers and greenery. The shop itself is full of wonderful plants, gifts, and flowers. I will recommend Blossom to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement.
