Blossom Flowers And Sweets

This business is completely unprofessional. I paid over 80 dollars for a bouquet of flowers for my mother. Apart from it looking nothing like the image and only holding a a handful of flowers (8) total. I called over the weekend explaining that I would be there first thing Monday morning because I would be meeting my mother for breakfast. Lo and behold I arrive to them crudely cutting stems and rushing to finish while I wait. Then when I asked about the note I typed out on the online order for the bouquet they responded with they don't print those out. Out of frustration, anger and the fact that I was already late, I left. Just to find my mother waiting alone with empty coffee cups in front of her. Blossom Flowers and Sweets really screwed me over. I arrived with overpriced Walmart looking flowers. I am sure ANY other floral shop would do better than this place. I paid $80 for the non dozen

This is a bouquet that is well over $100. I ordered it for Mother's Day. They said they could add yellow flowers, change the bear's tie to yellow, AND add 2 Mylar balloons. The bear is substandard, if not reused and no yellow flowers to be seen! Kent the florist refused to redo my order, provide an exchange and only offered 20% discount- that effectively covered the cost of the balloons that they DID NOT deliver! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this florist!

I was looking for flowers for my upcoming wedding and went to a flower shop on George Dieter. That place and manager were a joke. So I Googled flower shops near by and Blossoms Flowers and Sweets was the nearest. Elizabeth was so nice and friendly. She took her time since I was clueless. On my wedding day all my flowers were BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT!! My bouquet is is still beautiful 3 days later. From now on this is my go to flower shop. THANK YOU ELIZABETH FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORK!!!
