Best boot store in El Paso. Amazing, handmade quality. Best selection of exotics that I've ever seen (and we've been to a lot of boot stores across the country). The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got a sneak peek of the boot making process. Great experience and I got an incredible looking pair of boots that are super comfortable too.

I own a ton of boots and recently found Black Jack Boots and have since bought a couple pairs because they have such an amazing product. Far superior to the staple 4 big brands of production boots and every bit as good as anything vintage from Their major competition Brand L. They are the first current boot brand I have seen that has the craftsmanship and eye for detail I use to see in boots from the past. As great as the quality and beauty of their boots what prompted me to write the review is their service. For me it has been above and beyond. Jose Pedilla has went way out of his way to make sure I had an exceptional customer experience and has assisted me in getting the perfect fit. I absolutely love my boots.

I have purchased many Black Jack boots and have always been pleased with the quality and price. I have had several custom pairs made, which fit perfectly. Today, my wife and I had the opportunity to meet Gerardo and Sergio Guerra at the boot factory. We were treated most respectfully and given a factory tour. I recently ordered a pair of custom boots from a western store in Daytona Beach FL to be made by Black Jack Boots in El Paso Tx. I have never found a boot off the shelf that fit so I opted to pay the extra cost for custom made. I was measured and re-measured to insure size and fit and waited several weeks for the boots to be made. I was pleased with the quality and material but the left boot did not fit. I returned them to Daytona with my issue where in turn they sent them back to Black Jack Boots to be repaired, recut, or whatever to make them fit. They have been sent to me a second time and it is not apparent that anything was done to resolve the problem. Black Jack Boots told the store to tell me - "that's just the way it is". So after being measured for and overpaying for a "custom made" pair of boots, I am stuck with boots that I can not wear. I would highly recommend staying away from the Black Jack Boot Company, El Paso, TX. They are quick to advertise and overcharge for custom made boots but it is ovbious that a satisifed customer is not high on their priority list. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLACK JACK BOOTS.
