Hands down one of the best birria spots in town. My wife had the birria tacos and I had the birria grilled cheese. Let's start with the tacos: 4 tacos, not greasy, full of meat and cheese. Full of flavor. East to dip and eat. Grilled cheese: thick texas toast, meaty, cheese was grilled with a nice cheese crust. Leaves your fingers messy so it's finger licking good. I only wish they had cut the sandwich in half so I could easily dip it in the consume. Consume was full of flavor and not oily. Chile de Arbil was spicy but flavorful. Probably one of the best I've tasted. Plates include limes, cilantro, radish slices, and diced onion. The strawberry horchata was a hit. We'd go back just to have this drink. Friendly service. 5 star review.

Holy smokes!!! We are fans of Birria tacos and we are always looking for the best in town. I think we found it ! These are by far the best tasting birria tacos in El Paso. The meat inside is so juicy and flavorful! I highly recommend this little hidden gem. They sell out so make sure u get there early. The aguas frescas are delicious as well !

Had been following on Instagram cause I wanted to try them. I finally went during lunch to ensure they wouldn't sell out. I don't know how they've been selling out of they are not all that. I wanted goat birria but they didn't have on this day. I ordered their quesabirria tacos and although filling, they weren't as flavorful as they hype. I ordered the cucumber lemonade and based on the color I guessed correctly when I said it looked fake. Other than the slices of cucumber making an appearance I wouldn't have guessed it was cucumber flavored. It tasted like kool-aid with green dye. Not appealing when you think you are gonna get a fresh squeezed lemonade. The only thing I liked was the chile de árbol salsa. It was a little runny but on point with the flavor n heat. I only wish the birria consome would've delivered. The service was poor too. They ran out of napkins but had only been opened an hr. Has to ask for extra salsa and utensils. Girl serving was not very friendly.

Great branding in this food truck because they know they have some great food with deep and authentic Mexican flavor. We tried a medley of items, both food and beverages are out of this world. The birria tacos and quesadillas have ample cheese and meat, they don't skimp here. The birria juice, wow, thick and flavorful. We also tried the ramen, which was amazing as well with tons of delicious shredded meat. They are normally open over the weekend, so check their Instagram for updates. They are communicative, which is great. One caveat is that their authentic sauce flavor does has a tiny sweet undertone, like a nutmeg or cinnamon. It gives great depth of flavor, but may not be for everyone. I still think you should try it, grab a cucumber or other agua too, so good! I'm planning to stalk them to try the strawberry horchata! Oh, and depending on when you go, there may be a wait. You will order, pay, write down your phone number, wait in your car, and they will call you when the food is ready.

Located near the intersection of Zaragoza and Montana in far east El Paso, this humble joint boasts a family recipe for Birria that outshines all other Birria offerings in West Texas. It's so good I was inclined to do my best to keep it a secret but how could I deprive my fellow West Texans of the joys of this little known gem?

The birria tacos used to be my favorite here but I recently went and the food was very disappointing. Wont be coming here again..

Best birria tacos in El Paso. Great customer service! Highly recommend! Their cucumber lemonade is delicious! All their aguas fresca are delicious. The tapatio birria ramen is my favorite!!
