One of the few gyms you'll find with more than enough equipment to go around. Also, the most knowledgeable gym staff I've ever encountered. If you want to take a deep dive into the biomechanics of your workout to truly understand what is happening to your body while you exercise, these are your people. If you just want a quick pointer to improve your workout, these are still your people.

I like this gym a lot. Its geared toward being accessible to anyone who wants to work out no matter you're skill level. I am intimidated by gyms in general, so finding a place I can walk in and work out, with out being scrutinized is awesome. The HIIT class they offer is fun and intense and a great supplement to any workout regime, the instructor switches up the routines every time so it's never full and always exhausting in the best possible way.

One of many things I found interesting is how the atmosphere will treat you if you do not acknowledge their trainers. Mainly the owner. Cool at first but get on his bad side forget it, grown man who cannot take constructive criticism. Two of the employees are great workers. They truly deserve better than what they are receiving now. In terms of equipment. Nothing really impressive, you can find same or even better quality in el paso or even crunch fitness. Mediocre more like. The gym will receive new equipment (guessing from our jacked up rates) but other equipment will NOT be maintained including the water filter systems.In terms of payment. Awful...

I started to go to this gym after retiring from 23 yrs of service in the army. It was my first time going to a civilian gym so i had no idea what to expect. What I was not expecting was to have the own Brian talk trash about my autistic 4 year daughter or to have Brains Father Ken make racist comments about me behind my back. When this information was brought to my attention by one of his own employees that over heard the conversation I immediately tried to get ahold of Brian to resolve this matter. Instead of confronting the issue regarding him and his father, Brian banned me from his gym. However he would still try to collect payments even though I no longer go to his gym. I've yet to hear back from that coward Brian or his father regarding the comments but what should I expect. Like father like son. Since leaving Bionic I started going to 310 fitness which welcomed me with open arms along with my autistic daughter. The owner is a Veteran and he goes above and beyond to make sure all his clients feel welcome. Not to mention that the facility is open 24/7.

I had a membership, then had to freeze it while I was out of town. They talked me out of canceling my membership and made the freeze process seem easy and hassle free. While I was still out of town, they began charging my card again so I contacted them and requested a continued freeze and a refund, as I could not use the gym since I was still gone.Not only did they refuse to freeze it, they also refused to refund the money they deducted without authorization. THIS GYM IS A SCAM. Save yourself the toxic environment and just take your business elsewhere. They are just in it for the money and don't care about their members or customer service.

I went to last Monday because l received a free Day Pass from the Company Bionic Barbell and 2 Men in the Entrance of the Gym Harrased and intimidated and asked questions ons about Name , Age , ID show to them if not l can not be allowed in the bionic barbell Business in 700 Stern , l was thinking in put a Lawsuit to the owner of the Business Bionic Barbell Responsible of this Incident and New members or visitors should to know

New equipment, no arm machines. Small gym for the price. Great people who work their. Owner though is the problem. He talks behind everyone's back, badmouthing all. He even parks his truck in handicap parking, without a placard. When it's busy it's hard to find equipment not used. Many need to video themselves instead of just lifting. Like I said though new equipment, just not enough room.

great gym And atmosphere. most of the staff is friendly besides one of the guys who's always looks mad and looks like he's judging you. and when I speak to him, he looka like he doesn't care what I have to say. He wears glasses, longish hair. You need to take some customer service classes.
