Big Tex BBQ Express

Gosh, it's so hard to rate this place. We've been here a handful of times. I will say it's a hit or miss depending on what you get. The mashed potatoes are awful. They taste like something microwaved. The burger okay. What is a sure fire winner though is the five piece meat. It's incredibly delicious and extremely affordable. For the most part, the service is good and the table's and look of the place is beautiful. Will come by again sometime.

Service can be a lot better. My meal came out first before anyone else's meal instead of all food being served at once. The waitress was more interested in her phone than serving customers. I got the Texan meal with all 5 meats. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Meats had no flavor aside from the BBQ sauce. Ambiance was good. Roomy, 2 big TV, cool lighting and clean.

The chicken was overcooked but cold and hard, pulled pork was dry and flavorless, fries were cold and soggy plus for 2 people it was 60$ The service was decent.
