Better than average Chinese food. And yeah, to me that's a 3. The place has such an interesting name for a Chinese restaurant. They've already "decked the halls" and there was Spanish music playing. All in all, just an interesting experience. Anyway, for food I got the Big Mama Special ($7.99), which includes a bit of everything:1 Egg Roll: Average1 Tempura: I could see this being a favorite for people-it was kinda like bettered & fried lo mein, but not super greasy. It was good 2 Cream Cheese Wontons: I appreciate they didn't throw fake crab in it and call it crab Rangoons. It's straight up a wonton with cream cheese in it. Broccoli: very good! 2 wings: good-they were boneless and probably the sesame flavor, looking at the wing flavor list. A little chewy, but not bad. Again, average Chinese chicken.Sweet & Sour Chicken: very different from other Sweet & Sour Chicken. It was battered, but definitely not greasy at all, which is great, and the meat seemed to be of good quality inside. Rice: I subbed the rice for lo mein for $1. I really liked it! Great flavor, thin and flat noodlesOverall, I thought it was the least greasy Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. It's good for an area that doesn't have many restaurants. I got my food fast, and for the price, it was great! I couldn't finish it all.

I have been here once before like a year ago but decided to order for delivery while I was at work. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and wontons. They said 30-45mins for delivery but it actually was around 20mins. The food was good. The rice was delicious with lots of shrimp and the wontons were also pretty good. Will definitely order again.

We eat here about once a month. And are always happy with the food. Everything from the daily special, family pack, and soups are amazing. Love that home cooked taste without having to cook. Staff is always friendly.

I do not know how this place stays in business. I went there & the good was called Chinese but tasted like Mexican. Yuk. At that time they didn't even take credit cards.

this place! Make the drive to the DIVE in Chaparral. Amazing soups ... love the Egg Drop, its unique, sorta thin with carrot, celery, and a little cabbage scattered throughout ... served with chow mein noodles on the side and the Hot and Sour is nice and spicy with a warm afterburn in the throat with HUGE baby mushroom halves floating on the top. The Tempra is a nice shredded potato and veggie tempura fried little pancakes ... we always get an other for the table. The fried rice is full of the meat of your choice and they will customize it if you ask, my partner doesn't like peas and carrots in hers... No problem. The broccoli Beef and green pepper steak come with copious amounts of veggies and beef. My other dining partner had General Chicken today... he ALWAYS gets it wherever we get Chinese .. he said hands down the BEST he's ever had... cleaned his plate... and he NEVER does that. They have Wings in several different flavors but I've only had the HOT... a spicy red sauced unbreaded tongue burner ... nice! The egg rolls are amazeBALLS... similar to the ones I make myself. Prices are great... a daily special with choice of 2 entrees, fried or steamed rice, two wings of choice or an egg roll for only $7! There CAN be a little wait time cuz usually just 2 people working, one front of house and one cook and all food is made fresh from what I can tell so that takes a few minutes ...but SO worth the wait... nothing better than FRESH FOOD.

Pretty average place to eat. Food did not taste very fresh, which was discouraging. Went and dined in. The service was ok, also not great. They had the same song playing on repeat, and that became tiresome. I was tempted to ask if they could change the music, but I resisted. If you're in the chaparral area and craving Chinese food, it's an option. Don't really know what else to say.
