Best Iron Works & Fences

So about a month ago, I contacted these guys to give me a quote. They set up a date and time, which they later changed last minute, but since it was my side gates, they were able to go measure without me being home. After visiting my home, I asked for options and the quote, but for some reason they ghosted me! At least we hadn't forked over any money, but wow.. what a waste of my time (and theirs??). I worked closely with Tony. He came out, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He said it could take up to six weeks to be ready, but it actually took his company three weeks. His team came and installed the work in a two-day period. When they completed the work, my husband sinspected it, and they did an outstanding job! They are truly professionals. They did not take a down payment. In fact, I did not pay them until the day after they completed the job! I also asked for left over paint so that touchups could be done if needed months down the line. Their attention to detail is refreshing. With that, I recommend them without any hesitation or reservation! They are the best!

It took them nearly 3 months for them to complete my project which was an order for 3 security window bars, 2 of which are fire escapable and the other is fixed. The representative who set me up, Tony, told me it would take about a month to complete the project as there were a lot of orders that they had to work on. A month had a passed, but they never completed the work or even contacted me to give me an update on what was going on.I contacted Tony, but he kept giving me the run around saying that it was being worked on and that it would be installed soon. I had to call him continuously for over a month and even contact their main office to find out what was going on. It wasn't until then that they finally went out to install my security bars, but they only installed 2! I asked them where the 3rd one was, and they had no clue what I was talking about! It was clearly stated in the contract that I was ordering 3 and Tony very well knew this as we had discussed the plans and even took measurements for all the windows that were to be covered. When I called to complain to the main office that the work was not completed, they "investigated" and then called me back stating that I had not ordered a 3rd window, in fact, I had ordered them to "fix" a current security bar. That was such a total lie because the fact is I didn't even have any current security bars attached to my windows, so there was no "fix" that I was requesting. The representative, Tony, clearly knew this, yet their office tried to turn this situation around and blame it on me like I had made the mistake. After I explained that to them, they immediately went to work on the 3rd security bar and were able to make it and install it within 3 days. I'm just glad I didn't have to wait another 3 months for them to correct their mistake. But it really amazed me how disorganized and unprofessional they are. I would not recommend them at all. My sister who had a similar project done on her home was done way more efficiently. She went to Atrium Wrought Iron and the turn around time for them was about 2 weeks. I regret not reaching out to them first.

Best ensured that the gates I ordered were completed to my satisfaction. Craftsmen we're friendly, honest and competent.

We contracted with Best Iron Works & Fences for three backyard fence projects, all of which were very different in function and scope. George and his crew did a superb job on all three of them. Their prices were fair, their measurements were precise, their workmanship was excellent, and their installations were beautiful and sturdy. We particularly want to highlight how easy it was to work with George at every stage of the process, and his willingness to modify the designs as needed along the way. We would definitely use this company again for any future iron works projects.

Wow!! Asked for quote to retouch/repaint same color my wrought iron fence that they installed. Been touched up twice since I got fence, I had the gallon paint it took last 2 times! GEORGE said if I could prove!!?? That they had repainted Here. He wanted to charge $3,100 to remove whole fence and take panels to shop.!!! That's what I paid for whole fence!. When I asked him to call Ernesto the owner that he would verify that fence was painted Here, he stated the boss is busy. Such horrible customer service and Rude also questioning my integrity How Dare GEORGE address me in that manner. I even referred many clients to them. Ernesto this is way to lose customers with George as estimator.!! I have written quote as proof $3,100 to just paint fence ridiculous.

George was very attentive and the crew were very professional and courteous. Shout out to Best Iron Works and Fences for a job well done.

Tony Pena was our salesperson and direct contact with the fencing team. Tony was an outstanding professional throughout the process from closing the sale to completion of the fencing job. We have a 1/2 acre property that needed a completely new iron fence, since the original fence was built in 1975, and was completely coming apart. The work crews showed up on time every day and worked to six at night. The quality of the prefabricated iron fence is excellent. The property fence was completed in four consecutive days and looks fantastic. This company has been operating in El Paso for over 30 years and their experience and professionalism was seen everyday. You will be very pleased with the fence that you buy and build from Best Iron Works & Fences. Remember to ask for Tony Pena, he is a true fencing expert!

Awesome job!!! George came and gave me an estimate and very reasonable price! He told me it would be done no later than 2 weeks! He did as he promised. My gate is so beautiful!!! Thank you best ironworks for doing a phenomenal job.
