This place has fast talking typical sales people. The salesman is a dishonest person. Be careful when signing papers because you are buying the car as is. Also, be warned he sends inspections to HIS people. Definitely take the vehicle to get an independent inspection. He sold us a car without a working horn, a bubble in the tire, and broken tire sensor, which he replaced but within the first couple of months the vehicle overheated in the middle of traffic on the freeway putting us in a very dangerous situation. We finally had it towed to a chevy service center and they were able to tell us that many of the parts inside of that vehicle had been replaced with cheap after market parts. The water coolant system needed repair and the turbo feed pipe, and multiple hoses needed to be replaced. When I confronted the salesman Jesus he actually told us that we shouldn't have had it towed to the chevy service center using our on onstar account but should have called him instead. Like we would call him at 6am stranded on the freeway instead of using our onstar services. They refused to pay for the damages. We paid OVER market value for the vehicle and still paid out of pockets for repairs. Also, he will ask you on the day of the purchase of the vehicle to leave him a good review BEFORE you've had a chance to see how the vehicle is after purchase. They didn't take seriously the fact that this vehicle I purchased from them had endangered my family on the road. So disappointed because he seemed like a nice person.

I contacted Best Deal Auto Sales about a 2008 Armada on May 2nd. I was needing to get a bigger vehicle since I am pregnant with our 4th child, so I was looking for a third row seating vehicle. I was told there was some trouble with the financing part of the deal because of credit but they were going to talk to the banks on May 3rd since it was around 545 local time. They said they would stay in contact with me. Neither I nor my husband heard from anyone about the status of our application. It wasn't until I reached out again on May 7th around 1130 local time that they responded we were denied. No problem, how about a $500 down payment on top of 2 trade ins. The dealer messaged saying he would run it again. That was around 1200 local time. They mentioned the banks they go through are in Dallas so an hour ahead of us. I reached out around 130 for a status update and didn't hear anything so I called around 315 local time. I was told that my financing on one of the trade in vehicles had not updated since March 31st on the report and that is the main reason we were being denied with our credit score. It was showing too much negative equity. I could have taken care of this on May 3rd but they didn't keep communication with me or my husband where I had to go back to them for answers several times, and now I have to do more leg work to get the information updated so I can get a vehicle. I do NOT recommend wasting time with this company at all.

had issues with my Chrysler and they never answered our messages. Bought it and "magically" the radio screen had stopped working the day I went in to pick it up. Untrustworthy.

There's so much I can tell about this experience. Put my eye on one vehicle and the vehicle was just bought according to the seller, it had a lot of deficiencies to fix which I pointed out in order to close the deal. Spent 3 weeks going to this place every weekend to close the deal and they said the deficiencies were fixed when it was really not. Every single time there was an excuse. Breaks damaged, no history of oil and filter changed, vehicle dirty from inside out, transmission jacked up, windshield cracked, no replacement tire, no basic equipment to change tire, etc. Be careful, they ask for the check or part of the money in advance to hold the vehicle, DONT DO IT, they will cash out or deposit and then you will be in a hard spot. They spent $400 dollars to fix the fuel pump that was not the issue just to not deal with the transmission. They took the vehicle to do a diagnostic test and told me that everything was fine when the transmission can't be checked on that type of diagnostic. Had to do the oil change with my own money ($120) and took the vehicle to my mechanic to confirm that the transmission was really bad. They offered a 3rd party warranty/not from the dealership of 3 months just in case something breaks. I had to go to the place and get really pissed because they didn't offer any other help, just the useless warranty, I proposed to do a swap out to another vehicle. The total for the new vehicle turns out to be less than the first check so they ended up owing me $100 according to my bank which I was going to use for the oil and filter change since I knew they don't do this. They ended up getting the oil changed from the vehicle that I just turned in and didn't give me the $100 difference. Instead of giving me the $100 in a check they played with the numbers on the buyers order and discounted the $100. They never had the intentions to give me a check. BE CAREFUL, don't HAND OUT MONEY OR CHECKS trusting these guys. I'm very disappointed.
