Bella Nailspa

So so relaxing!! This was such a great find in the new shopping center! The staff especially the guy which I can't remember his name right now but he was amazing! He paid attention to detail for my hands and feet! Clean me right on up! He tried to hold conversation which was very pleasant as well. He doesn't speak much English but he really tries his best!! (Trying is a great effort in my book!!) They have several different pedicure options you can choose from (I have placed a picture of the menu for f offerings) I received a deluxe manicure which was so peaceful and a gel manicure. Both my toes and my fingernails came out looking great. He shaped my nails as I asked and he made sure to clean up my cubicles very nice. He did dig a bit too much on one of my pinky fingers but other than that it was easy breezy! The shop has a nice flow and atmosphere to it. They have 2 TVs that you can watch while getting your toes done. One has a Vietnamese show, and the other was showing Netflicks. Since I was getting my toes done and the other customer had left o asked if I could change the show that they had on and they had no problem with that. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back!!

Be careful there is a new employee there she charged my wife $200 dollars for a pedicure and nails . My wife doesn't know English and the language barrier is a problem. The owners are always nice to my wife but this employee tipped herself $100 dollars. Luckily my wife reviewed the charge the owner was yelling at the employee for trying to steal and tip herself $100 additional dollars *^CAUTION

Went on Thursday 12/17/20 with my wife and mother in law to get there nail and eye extensions, while waiting I checked in and let the man in the front know I wanted a pedicure or whatever it was where they soak my feet and I blow 45 minutes in a massage chair, waited over 2 hours and was never called up, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how they run the establishment and are bias to gender. Spent 150+ and still tipped 20 so can't say I wasn't still fair to small businesses. But still have it one star because I can't give zero. And was sent an automated apology note from the establishment....

If I could leave a 0 I would, horrible HORRIBLE service! It's empty and the guy did not want the business I guess cuz he walked away as we were asking him questions. Plus looks dirty

I highly recommend Bella Nail Spa! Cindy does a great job with the powder(dip). She makes sure your happy with the end product and is very friendly! The entire staff is great!

Got my nails done by one of the guys. Horrible!!!!68$ for the most simple set and still couldn't do that right. Crooked design and cut me with a file multiple times. Never again and don't recommend.not even centered or straight. Even if done right dumb price for something so simple.

Cindy is definitely amazing! I recommend going with her! She will take care of you and leave you with amazing nails and feeling completely satisfied with the work you got done. She does my poweder dip nails. The best! Highly recommend!

This place is a hit or miss... Before the lady started my nails I showed her what I wanted. I asked her if that was something she could do. (hand paint French wanted a different color than white) she stated she could. she began my nails everything was going good. Wrong! she kept having to fix my nails over and over trying to get the lines "fine" my acrylic is bumpy the gel on my hail isn't even coated evenly! she had no idea what she was doing, and she should of told me so. I would have been okay with that and just done a solid color instead. another lady over looked at my nails and didn't say anything, How can you let a customer leave with very poor quality. This will be the last time I take provide this place with service. $75 and my nails look horrible. It is embarrassing. and who ever is in charge of the hiring, should really do better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Sucks these type of bad experiences ruin it for the nail techs who actually do great work.

I'm a fan of dip nails, they last longer are stronger but could never find anyone who actually knows how to do it correctly. Cindy T. was awesome and actually dipped nails correctly, she's also very sweet and patient with her time. I will be going back to see her.

Went here for the first time to try them and when I walked in I wasn't greeted nicely. They were extremely rude and yelled at me across the store to sign in and wait. They made me feel like me being there was a nuisance so to save them the trouble I just left and won't be going back.
