After 2 years of them leaving this hole open we had to find other people to fix this
They don't even try to fix things correctly that they fight you about
This is just a small view of issues with their construction and doesn't mention how they deceive you about their warranty, lie and intimidat
a door with a piece of tape taped to it
Instead of professionally fixing the time problems they used silicone
a piece of blue tape on a wood floor
the inside of a house under construction
They still haven't properly shimmed windows all over home
two pieces of blue tape taped to a wall
They don't even want to properly fix the kitchen sink

I am not type of person like to write a review. However, I just want to let people know what they expect when they do business with Bella home. It is because the house is too much money and you live in it. We moved in May 2018. It is a brand new home at Monticello area. It is not a cheap house. I don't know how to express my feeling about the house. As a woman, the most important area in our home is the kitchen. Here what I have been experiencing. Let's start with the dishwasher. The very first time I used it, the water came out on top the granite. It took me 1/2 hour to clean up the kitchen. They came and fixed it. The second time I used. The water came out under the sink. Again, I had to spent 1/2 hour to clean it up. So, I don't use it anymore. The microwave was fixed 3 times. The refrigerator was fixed 3 times also and replace the new part. The cook top was broken after a month. They took 2 month to fix it. So, I had to use the portable stove to cook. The cabinet door almost fell on my head cause the nails were came off. There was a solid wood was attached in front of the stove fell of on my feet. i got bruise in 4 months. It still hurt me now. Cause, that piece of wood is heavy. It was drop at 2.5 feet high. Fortunately, it did not broke my feet. One of the cabinet was almost fell off from the wall. So, the maintenance said "it is because you put too much bows and plates in the cabinet, that was why the cabinet came off from the wall" you need to learn to speak Spanish or have translator. Cause, the men speak zero English. There is no way you can communicate with them directly. I have to call my Hispanic worker to translate for me. The draw to put the trash can under the sink could not be used cause, the material they used was so cheap. It is not strong enough to hold the trash can so, I use it to store the shopping bags. The nails they used for the cabinet are the nails you usually use to put the little picture frame on the wall. That was how the piece of solid wood came off and fell on my feet. When i saw the nails they used I just OMG. I had to spent $800 to fix the fireplace cause, the way they designed I could not put the TV on. The distance from the couch to the TV is about 6 feet. Where to put the TV is 5.5 feet height. it is like you seat at the first row in the movie theater. So, I had to pay $800 to lower the fireplace. The living room is 7.5 feet x 10 feet very small. I can only put 2 Pc. section for the sofa. There are many little things else also. The structure of the house is good, the interior is horrible. You can go with Bella home but, you have to go in everyday to check your house. They use cheap labor. it is partly my fault. The whole year when they built the house, I never show up to check the house. It is because my husband told me that they are the best builder in town. My husband is a construction engineering. He teach at Utep. He promises me that he will build me a very nice home. i took his words for it. So, you can guess the rest :-).

Bella Homes are beautiful and well designed. The people who work for Bella, for the most part are kind and are usually helpful. But when you look closely at their work, there are countless errors due to poor construction, cheap material, "human errors" as they called it, and alcohol boxes and bottles in my cabinets, left in my locked home from apparently, "homeless people or kids."Our garage scratched the wall leaving a foot long scratch and we were told "all the garages do that"We were missing sealant in all the showers, tubs, and sinks so the grout was cracking. HOPEFULLY four months later isn't enough time to cause permanent damage inside the walls/tile. We were missing pieces of carpet in 3 areas. We had outlets, door handles, WALLS (my goodness) that were beyond crooked. They said this was a "cosmetic issue" not a functional one therefore they would NOT fix them.None of my 5 neighbors back sliding doors closed, some didn't lock, and the screens were always falling off. We just got ours fixed today. Some of the bathroom door handles don't work, I personally think it's because they're crooked, but again, its a "cosmetic issue" so they won't be replaced.I had a leak that damaged the wall on the outside and my cabinet inside my bathroom. AGAIN, its a "cosmetic issue" so they won't be fixed, or replaced.I have over 30 cracks, and small/large holes in my grout. They told me it was due to the construction nearby...not poor workmanship. There are over 50 stains on my wall that look differently than the rest of the wall. It looks like they used a flat paint inside of the shiney primer...again, its a "cosmetic issue" so they won't be fixed.and more...3 turn overs of jobs throughout the 4 months we've been here. Not sure why but I feel like they are rushing the workers to build sooo many homes that they are NOT paying attention to detail and are not showing integrity in their work.I'm disappointed in how many fixings were or were not fixed that my house, to me, is worth at least 50,000 less than what I paid for.For your sanity, and to avoid these dilemmas...watch constantly while they build your home and DON'T SIGN OFF ON THE WALK THROUGH UNTIL EVERY FLAW/ERROR IS FIXED. We were told we would have 30 days to fill out a work order of anything else we notice is wrong.... hmm...may take you 4 months or may never happen.

Bella Homes have beautiful modern designs, but it is not for someone who can't handle the frustration and stress. Majestic Realty has been unprofessional and rude, and the Bella owner never responded me to my complaints. Just when you thought it was over after closing, a part stopped working and it's been a month since I contacted their Warranty department - they said they would call and as of yet, they have not.
