Bella Cora Bakery

I was originally wanted to find a bakery for Pan Dulce, but this popped up and looked interesting. We had gone to France in early summer and this bakery reminded me of the bakeries in France. The barely goods were outstanding! I will be a regular customer from now on

Sooooo very good. Macaroons are amazing and I love the pistachio. Friendly service, patient as well. They look almost too good to eat! My son lives the lemon bar

I was so excited to try Bella Cora because I had heard great things about it from my friends! Plus they were on sugar rush! The store is in a little niche on the left of Daddy Wings and to the right of the arteries and veins which can be easily overlooked. My friends and I arrived around 12pm but most of the items besides the macaroons were mostly sold out! However, I could see that they were still preparing fresh macaroons! Chocolate Chip cookie:5 The cookie was amazing! There was a rich flavor from the brown sugar and spices which I loved. While it was soft, the texture reminded me of an oatmeal cookie even though there were no oatmeal. If I could put it into context, it was a gourmet Costco cookie but while I'd get sick of the Costco cookie after three of them I could eat dozens of these!Brownie: 4The brownie was amazing but what makes it a 4 for me is that I am not team "fudge brownie". The texture was like a chocolate truffle and it even tasted like a gourmet chocolate truffle! However, I prefer my brownies to be between fudgy and cakey instead of completely one or the other I definitely will try to come early next time so I can try their tarts! Staff:5 The staff were very patient when I asked them about the ingredients and when I would change my mind since something caught my eye.

2020DEC. Visited Bella Cora Bakery for the first time after their East Location on Joe Battle Sponsored the Yelpies event. My friend had additionally bought more baked goods that day which he shared during the event and I loved them all. I visited with the intent of buying something special for 1 January but I arrived 10 minutes before they closed so there were not many choices. However, I did experience great costumer service and everything else I got was delicious. A couple creme brûlée, lemon bars, chocolate tart, and bread. For the everyday baked goods, special occasions and just because stopping by Bella Cora Bakery is a must. Looking forward to try many more of their baked goods.

I'm sorry to say that a recent cheesecake I ordered for my son's birthday was not what I expected nor was the quality what I would've liked. After being asked while placing my order if I wanted berries on the whole cheesecake or just a small section, I replied that I'd like the whole cheesecake covered, but only got a small section. The quality of the cheesecake was crumbly and we only ended up eating half of it. The customer service on the phone and in person was very good, just not the product.

I'm not sure how it is possible that I never wrote a review for Bella Cora. I though I did.....Anyhow, since I moved to El Paso 4 years ago, Bella Cora is no doubt the best bakery in town. It is also the only bakery that is somewhat closed to a French bakery. No La Madeline is not even close. Unfortunately, they don't have all the French classics, but the items they do make, they make it well.I wish someone will continue this legacy after this year!

Great bakery but overpriced! Great quality and tremendous selections. Please either lower prices or offer specials.

Was looking forward to our trip to the bakery after reading great reviews and although, we went on Dec. 24th and the place was almost empty it did not disappoint! Everything we got was delicious!!!! I'm not a macaroon fan and really enjoyed the ones they had... the rose flavored and coffee one were excellent. Also, their lemon bars are super indulgent and the breads... oh my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I will definitely stop by next time I'm in el El Paso!

Terrible Tiramisu and cannolis. Flavorless, soggy, yuk cannoli was even worse cream was tasteless

The macaroons from here are amazing and was a must stop on my way to las cruces. They staff had even put them in the back to prevent melting due to the high heat. Super helpful and friendly staff
