BEK Medical

I was surprised to find that there aren't all that many medical supply stores in El Paso. We drove around for quite some time before we stumbled upon BEK medical. It's a little bit outside of El Paso but that's where you'll have to go if you need to get stuff that Walmart doesn't carry!Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase.It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.

I absolutely love this medical supply store. I couldn't believe how few medical supply places in El Paso and I'm glad I found BEK. Margie is great,very helpful and kind.Lupita is PHENOMENAL!!!! She is so friendly and if she tells you she will do something or follow up,she does. I will recommend BEK to everyone I know who may need medical supplies. BEK carries a great selection of medical supplies, particularly mobility and orthopedic items (wheelchairs, walkers, braces, etc). The staff is generally helpful, and bilingual, but they are spread too thin and I've been stuck waiting for help a couple of times. Price-wise, they are okay, you can find most of these items for a lower price online, but it justifies the convenience of not having to wait for delivery. Their rental prices, however, are pretty darn high ($30/day for a knee walker plus $200 deposit, yikes!) I think they set it up that way so that its cheaper to buy them.

I went to BEK this morning because the lift in my van wasn't working. I think I interrupted their burrito time because Fernando came out looked at it and told me it was the remote that wasn't working and he needed to order a new one but check with the insurance first, he came back and said the insurance won't cover repairs and for me to go some where else. WOW he didn't even try to open the remote; I went to Mobility Products and they checked the remote and said it was disconnected and fixed it for me. BEK really doesn't care for their customers at all especially if u interrupt their burrito time!!!! Worst serve ever

Best customer service in town. All their employees are friendly and knowledgeable in their field. Always greet you with a smile and willing to help you!

I strongly recommend this place. The staff is amazing!!!. Angie, Joel & Jesse are very professional and attentive. It's people like them that make us want to go back. My son's Dr and therapist are so pleased, and me, as his mom, feel blessed with what Angie did to make it possible for my son to get his mobile chair. God Bless you all at BEK.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed to get a prescription for compression stockings filled. I sat and waited for assistance for 45 minutes before the lady at the desk , who was opening boxes decided to assist me. She measured my ankle and calf brought me the stockings told me my insurance would not cover them and led me to the register. No instructions on how to put them on, when to wear them, how to care for them. NOTHING! No, I take that back she did ask how I wanted to pay for them. BEK never again. T. Chavez minus 1 star

I would like to say thanks to Julian, Moises and Edgar for doing a superb job installing my Harmar stairlift. Julian answered all of my questions in detail. I am happy about the service I received today. This team conducted themselves in a professional manner during the entire process. Again thanks BEK. Job Well Done.
