Not in business. Store is for lease. This needs to be removed as an open business. I took an Uber here only to find out they are closed.

$25 for toe color change! Holy moly! I walked in here and was met with a scowl. I should have asked what the price was before getting the service but figured it wouldn't be more than $15-20. Well, now we know! To be fair the lady who did my toes was meticulous and did a good job. She also became more friendly as more time passed. They had a cute movie on in the background and the experience was quick and decent otherwise.

After reading reviews for salons in the area, I actually didn't choose this salon. I arrived at the salon that I picked, only to find it closed. This was my only day with my mother, so, we walked into Beauty Nail Spa. There was a very nice woman, working on someones nails. I think she is a new owner, based on. things she said. She said that she had an employee close by so, if we could wait just a few minutes, we could do the pedicures we requested. She had to step out to get her son from school, otherwise she would have started our nails. There was an accident on the highway, slowing her employee down. He did eventually get to the salon. He was quite nice and did a nice job on our pedicures. When the owner returned, she jumped in and assisted. My mother and I are both pleased with our pedicures. I will definitely return, the next time I am in the area.

Terrible! I would I steer away, warning you. I asked for a manicure and I must had been there 10 min tops. He started by DRILLING my real nails and ever so lightly pushed up my cuticles but barely. He went over my cuticles with the DRILL! (Not by clipping)- hardly got any dead skin off. He then proceeded to polish but left lots of extra polish on my skin, I was thinking he'll get that off later with a brush dipped in acetone but nope, he filed it off and then proceeded to clip it off leaving lots of exposed polish. It was just an awful experience and painful. Not great service whatsoever, I'm out $35 bucks. Pissed

Traveling for work from NY and had no tome to get a manicure and a pedicure, figured I must be able to find a place to give a basic M&P in El Paso Tx. I came to Yelp and stumbled upon this place, review was sketchy but due to it being Sunday, a lot of better reviewed places were closed and this location was close to my hotel. Boy did I make a mistake! Came in there was a woman (I assume is the owner, and a very young looking male. Nothing was added to my pedicure water, it was just PLAIN water. I asked if she was going to add something to it, and she stated " we normally add the blue stuff, but due to moisture it clumped up rn and I can't separate it to add". So how often are you doing pedicures that this isn't an easy fix, is this not an essential took for your business!? Upon me entering there were 2 ladies in the pedicure chair, the first upon paying the male asked to speak to the owner ( same women) and said " just so you know for next time, there still dry skin on my heel and my nails are crooked". I should never entered this establishment but definitely should have left then ‍. I got a basic Pedicure because it said it was $32 which is RIDICULOUS. I normally do a gel M&P but there was no way I was paying $47 for just a gel pedicure ANYWHERE much less El Paso Tx in this joint! The young male starts my pedicure. My big toe nail had a cut in it, I had to point out to him that he needed to either file it down more or cut it down more to that point. I'm not sure if this was a training program or what! Every single cuticle/dead skin that I came in with, I'm pretty sure I left with cause he was simply "pretending" to pull my dead skin around my cuticles and nails. When scrubbing my heel I asked if he could scrub under my toes, and was told that they dont due that in a basic pedicure. ‍. So with a basic pedicure ( which is for your entire feet) they only scrub one area of your foot!?! My 17 yo niece has a nail kit in Nj and I was better off flying her in to get a M&P. My polish was basic and fine. I opted to not get a manicure after all because if this is the level of disappointment, unprofessionalism, amateur shooty work that I experienced on my feet, I would a to let them due my hands. AVOID AT ALL COST. IF ITS THE ONLY PLACE OPEN ON SUNDAY AND YOU HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO , SKIP THE WEDDING OR WEAR CLOSED TOW SHOES.

I have been coming here for the past 7 months. Each and every time I am just blown away by what an amazing job these lovely ladies do! Normally I do bright, single colors today I came in with a a new style I wanted to try for Halloween. She rocked it! She took a few looks at the photo I had and was able to do it perfectly! I am in love! UPDATE: As I've stated in my previous review I've gone here for the past 7 months (now almost a year). I got the acrylics full set when I first got here and after about 5 months I took them off so my nails could have break. I got a full set put back on in October when I got my Halloween nails. It's now been 3 months and I've got a fill each month...yes you read that right a MONTH! My nails last a whole month if not longer before I need a fill. I've decided after reading a lot of negative reviews about their nails looking like they need a fill after a week to post a pic every week of my nails and their growth. I'm extremely hard on my nails and hands, I do gardening, have 2 kids and 3 dogs so my nails see a lot hardships and yet they still manage to look good minus grow out. Anyways, to help you all out I'll post every week :)

Great place, beautiful job, the ladies are awesome and know what they are doing enjoy coming here always very satisfied never have I been disappointed always get compliments on whatever I get done and only the best products are used will never change my nail tech. Thank You Ladies for doing a super job. They always look out for their clients, making sure they are satisfied.

Beauty nail spa offers such a relaxing clean professional experience. Sandra is very friendly and detailed oriented, the best pedicure in town.

The salon was dirty and horrible customer service. The lady that painted my nails didn't do a good job at all and nothing is sterilized. She just pulled out a nail clipper and cuticle cutter from her drawer. It was not even in a sealed bag. The whole salon is filled with dust everywhere and just dirty. I would not recommend this place!
