If I could give zero stars I would. She's rude, she's biased, practices in a less than unorthodox way and insensitive. 10/10 would not recommend. Find a real therapist. Not this fraud. Absolutely ridiculous.

In just 5 short sessions with Ms. Martinez she helped me get thru the "hard time" I was having. Kind, caring and compassionate this incredible lady knows how to help people in their time of emotional need. I highly recommend Ms. Martinez for anyone having problems in a relationship.

This was the first time I saw a counselor, and was so disappointed. I always thought of counselors to care about their patients, but I was mistaken. This woman only cares about money. She is extremely rude and not willing to work with her patients schedules. It is alright for her to be late, but will not see you if you are late. Even if you are late, she charges you the $50 visit. Thanks to her, I will NEVER turn to counseling again. Shame on her for getting a degree in a profession she obviously does not have a true calling for. I do not recommend her to anyone!!

I will NEVER go back to see this therapist. She is the most unprofessional therapist I have ever encountered. When we first arrived, instead of greeting us and introducing who she was she asked for payment right off the back. I understand I might have been the last session of the day, but for her to cut the hour short of 20 minutes and still have the nerve to charge me the full rate is ridiculous. During the session she not only said she couldn't help but she then goes on to roll her eyes and throw a fit in her chair. I addressed the situation as being unprofessional and disrespectful and pretty much after that she tuned us out. Throughout the session she kept counting down the minutes and instead of wrapping up the session appropriately, she stood up and made her way to the door as we were still talking. To top it off, instead of offering a follow up she turned to us and said "I can't help you, Good luck." Might as well have hit us with the door on the way out. She really discouraged us to seek other therapists as she left a bad taste in our mouths. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS THERAPIST!! You'll be wasting time and money and feel worse when you leave then when you got there.
