Nataly was the one who did my hair and let me just say she was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient when listening to me and voicing my concerns, but also gave me really good recommendations, and gave me the guidance when I needed it. She was very gentle with my hair and patient with it. She took good care of me and my hair. The process was lengthy because I got a balayage, but my hair came out beautiful.

She dyed my hair blond exactly how I wanted and even fixed the color of my older extensions before putting them in. She and all of the ladies in the salon were friendly and easy going. They even had recommendations on products that could help me with my thinning hair. I had a hair stylist in Austin that I har been going to for 20 years. Maur took my hair to different level and she will be my stylist for as long as I live here in El Paso!
