Bazaar Uniforms & Mens Store

This is by far the worst uniform shop I have ever used. First off the only reason I used them is because my employer pays for it. The first time I went here they lost some of the patches I gave them, so I had uniforms missing patches. I was supposed to have my name embroidered on my shirts and jacket, but 2 shirts and the jacket didn't get embroidered. A week ago I took 1 shirt to fix the mistake they made, and a new jacket to get all my patches on. They told me it would be done yesterday, but I gave them an extra day just to be sure it was done. I go in to pick them up today, and they bring me the shirt and said it was done. I asked about the jacket, and they tell me they were putting on the patches. I open up the folded shirt, and it is still missing the patch. I tell them I don't have time to wait, and will be back tomorrow. I turn to walk out, and I say to myself "this is some bulls*&t". As I get in my car the owner comes out yelling at me for cussing, so I went back in to explain my frustration. He only wants to yell and make up excuses saying they made a mistake. So now he is playing Victim making me out to be mean, and refuses to correct their mistake. I have been wearing uniforms for over 18 years, and this is by far the WORST PLACE EVER! I will be putting my own patches now.I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

They really do a wonderful job on embroidery or screening. There is a variety of products and styles in every color for the professional or the recreational. Inexpensive and the turn around for printed/embroidered items is really quick for a price that I have yet to see beaten.

Only reason why I go there is that where my Department sent me. They are very disorganize. I called one day to see if my order was ready and the sales lady did not know what I was talking about. Called the next day and they said that they are working on the order as we speak. It ended up taking two weeks to sew on my patches and on top of that they did not do it with velcro as asked for and wanted. I do not recommend this place.

I would give this place a 0 stars but Yelp only allows a one. A week ago, dropped off 2 items that needed patches put on and said they would be ready on Thursday. Stopped by on Friday, and they complete forgot to about the items and did nothing/no work. Not only did they not apologize but the "owner" started yelling at me and giving me attitude to go somewhere else if I don't like it. When I told him not to raise his voice or give me attitude, he raised it even more in front of my small children. Do NOT come here, the owner and his employees are so unprofessional and refuse to make it right. Instead he yells and lets you know he's the "owner" like he told me, and thinks he can treat people how he pleases even though he is in the wrong and does NOT know how to run a business.
