Barbacoa Los Primos

If you're gonna do Taco Tuesday right, do it at this place which has the moistest Barbacoa tacos I've had so far....and they're only $0.99 each! Dine in is open til 9pm. Get you some.

Barbacoa in the name is why I went there. Sad to say I won't be back though. Special of the day 6 tacos for price of 4 sounded good but tacos had VERY LITTLE meat like a taco bell taco. I coulda put them all in o e taco and for $11 taco for 1 tacos worth is not worth it. Plus got a Mexican coke and TOLD I can not leave with the bottle, WTFFFFFF I paid for it but can't take it. You wanted to put the remaining soda in a cup for me to take. No thank you. I so wish I had a pic to show but forgot to take one since I was complaining to my coworker about them

Hands down the BEST barbacoa in town! No fat at all and I love the quotes on the walls.

Food was decent and the place was nice and clean. My only issue was that it was stupid pricey. We had 3 burritos, a coffee and bottle water and it was like $30. The burritos were $9 and claimed to be big, but on the contrary it was a regular sized tortilla with light meat. My tortilla was also toasted instead of just warmed. I was limited on time so I ate quick and left, but yeah! Too pricey, even for the west side.

Ok. I've been eating barbacoa since I was 6 years old. Our family used to buy it from a person who sold it out of the back of their house in San Antonio, TX. Los Primos has beat that hands down.

I came here for the first time. I used yelp to help me find this place since I was visiting family. The food was awesome, the burritos where my favorite over the tacos. I'm not saying the tacos weren't good they were great. Just a flour over corn kinda of guy. Everyone in the family was bragging about how good the food was. I definitely recommend you visit.

Had menudo and Barbacoa. Barbacoa didn't have seasoning and tasted too gamey. The Menudo was pretty much the same. No spice or flavor. It was very clean and equal amounts of tripe and hominy, but had no seasoning or spice.

Food is really good. They do have have horrible customer service. Reason is they are understaffed during peak hours. You have to wait a long time to get your order. The cashier is overwhelmed with transactions and dealing with money and then serving you the drinks. They don't have a good system to get your order and then find you to get it to you. I did wait over 30 minutes for a torta and a menudo.

Friendly staff! And lean and tasty barbacoa burritos! Spicy salsa but flavorful. I've eaten there twice and plan to go back.

Great barbacoa!!! Fast and good food. Never a bad experience there! Take cards, cash, etc.
