This salon was nice but I hated the service I got from Ceci. Ceci is a hair stylist and she was very forward and has no sense of customer service as a business owner. She talked very rude to all of her clients when I was there and I went to get my hair ombré'd and she completely ruined my hair. She left bleach in my hair over 2 hours and over 12 inches of my long hair fried off! I have chunks of hair allover my head that are only 3 inches long! She got mad at me for being concerned and told me that it was completely normal. She has no idea what she's doing if you have long hair. DON'T waste $200 of horrible service!!!!!
