Don't bother with them. Unreliable and won't even show up after confirming appointment. Will never use or refer them to anyone I know.

Really bad experience with them.. called them 2 days ago to set an appointment.. never heard from them.. I called them again and told me he never got my message and I would call ne back.. ( yeah right)

Had Mr. Balderas pick up my washer last week. The drum wasn't spinning and draining. All the clothes would come out soaking wet. He took it and brought it back a week later, the washer was spinning like it was supposed to but it started spilling all this water all of a sudden something it had NEVER done before. So he took again brought it back that same day but it was still leaking and the when I lifted up the lid the washer wouldn't stop which I had never had a problem with and it was still spilling water. So he came back for it and took. It took him a couple days to bring it back. Finally got it back today and the drum isn't spinning anymore and now the transmission is making and awful noise. He kept saying he would have to charge me extra for the extra repairs when the washer never had any problems with those certain parts. And he tried to justify every single problem that kept appearing every single time he brought it. How do you take an appliance with one problem and return it with all these other parts needing repair. It's not right. Can't even get a full refund, he refuses!

Balderas has been a go to for whenever I need repair on my appliances. Their prices are reasonable and show up on short notice. I've never had an issue. I would recommend this company. The Canutillo and Cruces shops have both been good to me.

I asked Balderas to repair my refrigerator, and I was very unhappy with there service. There service charge was 35.00 dollars and it was not worth it. Technician was late and he misdiagnosed the problem and seemed very defensive when questioned about work. Furthermore he broke a little plastic vent cover and pretended that it was no bid deal. His estimate to repair was very high and I got the feeling he really was not interested in repairing my refrigerator, I felt like he wanted to take the easy way out, which was to sell me another refrigerator. Being fair does not seem to be a priority, money seems to be there priority. I do not recommend this company even though they have been serving this community for many many years.
