I've been a customer for years, buying two sets of washer and dryers from them. No problems at all. I purchased a chest freezer from them a week ago and the repairman has been here EVERY DAY SINCE. First, the delivery guy turned it on it's end so it didn't get cold. Came out one day to look at it, the next to repair it. Then, there was ice all along the seal. Came out one day to look at it, the next to fix it (even though all they did was attempt to glue it). Today, there is MORE ice along the seal. I will never be using them again!!!! Totally disgusted.It is now October 14th and I STILL don't have a working freezer.... "Waiting on the part" for a month... "Haven't found a new one" "NO REFUNDS!!!" please do NOT call these people! they charged me 250.00 and did not fix a damn thing on my fridge. I kept calling them and they would not return my calls. I do not know how they are still in business! please...please.... do not call these people!

Awesome!Juanita fixed my stove display mode in two minutes over the phone!!My maytag gas range lost power and came back on in "Sabbath" mode.The oven would not turn on, lost the clock the timer and all functions on the digital display mode. I called Maytag, they no longer had the manual for my stove and couldn't help me. I checked YouTube and holding the broil and bake for 3 seconds, did nothing. I found the manual online and it said to hold the clock for 3 seconds which did nothing. Juanita did some research and called me back within 5 minutes and had me hold the clock for 5 seconds and it totally came back to regular mode!! I finally have my oven and all functions back after 5 days. Thank you Juanita and all of you at Balderas Appliance!Dawna
