Balayage Hair Salon

I found Viviana on Instagram and all of her pictures were amazing. I did not think to search on yelp and was very surprised that the salon did not have a better rating. My hair service have ranged from $300-700 and was very very surprised for how cheap the price was for the 5 hours of work I received. Viviana even stayed passed salon hours to complete my look. FYI I have pitch black hair and to achieve the look below took many many sessions and hours of heavy foiling. I don't understand the professionalism comment below because in my opinion if a stylist does not have a client and nothing else to do, I do not expect them to sit staring at the door and being professional. There are exceptions and It's fine to be on their phone in that case.

Jessica is the stylist who transformed mine and my daughters hair into a Bayalage style. She was very helpful and professional. I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know about her. She listened to my concerns. Answered my questions patiently.Its a busy place. Clients coming in and out frequently. Which tells me that this place is doing a good job. At the end my daughter and I were very happy with our results and recommend coming here. The girls not only give you what you want but also correct hair and make sure you leave with healthier hair.

I was in town for the weekend and looked for a place to get my hair cut. Let me start off by saying it was a nice salon, so I was under the impression that they were professionals. I can't recall the lady that did my hair, but she was the bigger one with the fake butt, and SHE CHOPPED OFF MORE THAN 6 INCHES OF HAIR. She gave me BLUNT "layers" and RUINED IT. I had LONG beautiful hair, but she gave me the worst possible haircut. I am in the military and can't even put my hair in a DECENT bun without hair coming apart from the braid (i braid it then put it in a bun). PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Hair takes a LONG time to grow back, and I will be living with this hideous haircut for at least a year.

A couple things about this place. 1- if the name of your salon is balayage than maybe your stylist should know how to do it. 2- if I ask for something to be done to my hair than it should be done. I've been having my hair done for YEARS. I know it's fine.3- if I wanted blunt ends for my hair cut I would have asked a friend to cut it.4- if I schedule an appt I expect to be seen at my appt time not 30-40 minutes later. No apologies nothing. I will never go back to this salon and I will ensure I leave a review every where else I can. I should NOT have been charged as much as I was for TONER. FUCKING TONER. Never again. I had to fix my own hair because I HATE BLUNT ENDS. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I took a gamble going into this place and I'm glad I did it. I went in there looking like a hot mess because I would dye my own hair. My hair is very heavy, thick, and curly I wanted to go from red to a very light balayage. Viviana was amazing she explained the process and we transitioned my hair without rushing. She promised excellent results and she delivered. Worth the wait, time ,and money. I can't believe this is my hair I love it. She styled it amazingly I feel like a star. I also had a hair cut and with so much heavy hair she explained to me my options. Viviana is very knowledgeable so i Iet her kinda take over and once again I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this place. It was also very clean and everyone else was so nice.

Horrible experience! Messed up my hair color and Haircut! 2 years to get super blonde and this chick just messed it up so bad!! Had to color ir dark brown , there's a picture of what I asked for , what it ended up looking like and my before!! So you would understand why I'm so angry and think they suck! The manager didn't even care to answer her phone! Even my haircut was horrible as you can see on the pics is so sad to go to a place where you think there are professionals! DO not go there!!!

Okay so I am going to start off with saying I rarely go to hair salons to color my hair. I usually like to just do it myself with box colors and stuff. So...when the pandemic started I stopped coloring my hair and just let my hair go with the flow. After 2 years I decided it was time to color my hair again. I wanted a change. I decided to do the balayage at an actual hair salon. I found some great deals at this salon and said let's give it a try. The staff were nice people. I didn't feel like they were rude in any kind of way. However, I just didn't get the color I wanted. I don't see any difference in my hair from before. I don't know much about hair coloring but...I don't see a difference. I was very disappointed. Again, I am not familiar with how hair coloring goes but...I was not happy with the results. And I had shown my stylist the picture of the color I wanted and they only glanced at it quickly but didn't really look at it. I don't feel like I got what I wanted. I am sorry but I don't think I am going to come back here. :(

The "balayage" I had done here was the worst hair experience I've had in my entire life. Before coming here I had long beautiful blonde hair and I requested some lowlights. The hair stylist, Bianca, absolutely fried my hair and gave me weird patchy dark stripes. It's horrendous. The owner/manager did a pathetic job at trying to fix it and claimed this is "what I asked for" (Who would ask for that???). DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE

I would not suggest going to this salon. I went there to get my hair done to have my roots colored darker because I had full platinum blonde hair and did not like the look. I showed kenia numerous photos of my hair and said I am extremely blonde and would like blonde applied to the roots. She left lines EVERYWHERE. Then I asked for a fix and went to Viviana and she mad it worse!! She blended the lines but did my roots dark brown with red tinge!!!In the photos you can see with the pink dress I am VERY blonde, the picture with the hair curled is by kenia she did a great color bad blend, then the dark straight hair was what Viviana put in saying "it's the same color kenia did". Absolutely ridiculous.
