I wish I hadn't wasted my time, but after reading these bad reviews, I said to myself, "No wonder!" I called them and Raul came out. His eyes bugged out at the sight of my big dog. He told me to lock up my dog and I tried to explain that the dog won't leave me alone. But I would try anyway. So no, the dog wouldn't let me drag him away. What people like this don't understand is that our dogs are our protectors, especially at the sight of strangers. My dog is trained and once a workman enters the house, he's all good. So I told Raul to send someone else and shut the door. When I called the business, he told me rudely he wasn't going to send anyone at all. So yea, Baker Glass lives up to its reputation.

I needed a beveled glass table top to replace a broken one, and Baker Glass delivered, literally! I called several businesses, and the prices they quoted me were outrageous! Baker Glass' quote was less than half of what their competitors had quoted me, and they also delivered for free, in about 12 days. They also took away the broken table top, which helped me because I had no idea how to dispose of such a heavy and large piece of broken glass. I recommend Baker Glass without any hesitation, or reservation whatsoever. They are amazing!

No stars! I went here to ask for an estimate to get a bedroom windows glass replaced. They put me on the schedule for the next day. I had an appointment so my mom waited at my house. She waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I called the company, and the guy didn't know what was going on. He said he will call me back after he found out what was going on. He called me back within a couple minutes and told me the guys who were supposed to go to my house to do the estimate had an emergency, but he didn't elaborate. He said he also called his supervisor and his supervisor would come to my house within the next thirty minutes. The supervisor called me about 10 minutes later and told me he was on the Far East side and didn't know I was in the northeast and he wasn't going to be able to make it. He asked me if I still wanted somebody to come out to do an estimate and I said yes. He said he will call the Montana location and schedule something for Monday and would call me back but he never did. This company is a joke. If you want service I suggest you go somewhere else.

I dropped off a broken window with the sash attached, and I expected a window with the sash attached in return. For the past two years I have been calling to have the rest of my window attached only to receive very few calls back that they could not find me in the system.I have kept at it here and then and I have been visited once. Their manager told me themselves they couldn't help me because they couldn't find me in the system. Yet I paid for service two years ago now. I have since found my receipt and as you can see below they said they could not help me because they falsely claim there is no mistake on their end.Since I have sent a photo of the receipt to the manager they all of a sudden can't help me after two years of calling and calling.They simply did not finish the job and refuse to finish it and have given me the hardest time about fixing it.There's a mistake and in two years they have refused to correct it after multiple phone calls and exactly one visit to witness their own mistake.They said the best they could do was charge me $700 to fix their mistake. Their phone call rep swore up and down that they'd never repair a window without the sash and that's exactly what they did to me.Definitely reporting to BBB.

Lousy installation. First, window was correct. Replaced one glass bead with a horrible used piece. Never gave the option of getting the original bead to match the other three sides. Worst part is the song and dance about it. Left pieces of glass everywhere so our dogs could step on. Rush job. Had repairmen return and one of them just gave evasive dishonest answers. Very disappointing. Emailed our subdivision to NEVER work with the Lee Trevino location.
