Terrible customer service!!!! If you wanted to be treated invaluably, this is the place to go......if you can find it. My husband wanted to try their cupcakes (under their new name, Piece of Cake) so he went to their main website and it stated that they were located on 1617 N. Zaragoza.....well, he drove around for about 20 min., unable to locate "Piece of Cake" nor 1617. He pulled over, found their facebook page and noticed it said 1613 N. Zaragoza. He went to the shopping center where it was supposed to be located and there was no "Piece of Cake" sign. He figured out where it was based on the suite number and noticed a small "Piece of Cake" paper sign on their door. Mind you their FB page says it closes at 8 P.M., so he was upset when he went in (door was still open) and some guy was like "Umm, we're kinda closed." THEN LOCK THE DOOR AND CHANGE THE ONLINE INFORMATION, IDIOTS!!! Not to mention that my husband left a dissatisfactory comment on their FB wall to express his displeasure, only to have his comment deleted the next day without an apology or even an attempt to make it better, e.g., they could've offered a coupon or something! So, we will NOT be making any more attempts to try this place......
