Azure Oasis Pools

These guys are very professional, and know what they're doing. After getting the shaft from another company with shoddy work, . they were able to undo that mess and get my pool system working properly. I had another problem with a valve, and they came out and fixed it ASAP. They aren't the cheapest, but the knowledge and quality of work is well worth the extra money. I always learn something when they come. Highly recommended.

We used to give Azure 5 star ratings, we even referred business to them. Something happened later, they not consistent, our pool wasn't cleaned properly, we needed to replace a new pump at an exorbitant cost. Yesterday's service was strange. The fountain was left on, water level was low and the water ran all day and night, the pool was visibly dirty, there was no water going to the pump and the pump was running. Funny that our friends mentioned the same thing. They will be posting a review. The life of your pool and the machinery depends on the people you hire. Poor maintenance = More expense.

This is my first time having an in-ground pool and the place I'm renting requires me to maintain it. The service the landlord recommended was unreliable and the water always had a green tint to it and they were not interested in helping me learn how it worked. After a few calls to Azure Oasis, the water is crystal clear all the time. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Azure Oasis Pools for both routine pool cleaning and maintenance including chemicals, etc. with Skye. He and his crew are always helpful and explain everything they find and do. When I needed a repair when my spa would not heat, in came Efren Sambrano. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my diverter cam valve and cleaned the pool filter as well. Thanks for a job well done! This company provided long term cleaning services to a rental Property. The filter was filthy and plugged. Charged renters $480 for replacing a timer that was never installed. Required a lawyer threatening to sue months later to get it installed. You can do better than this company.

I give ONE STAR because management needs lessons in professional, customer service and tact. The person who cleaned my pool was great but Efren is a totally jerk, I needed new equipment and because I didnt choose the $3000 option and bought something else he acted rude and unprofessional and after installation demanded cash then stated that he would give me a 90 day warranty but "others wouldn't ". I'm not the person you're gonna sit there and shut up while you lecture me about my choices in NOT buying what YOU want. It's MY money, MY house snd HAYWARD is not a cheaply made product. I guess he doesn't know that "other" pool services guarantee their work? He put those in his employment in the middle of this horrible fiasco instead of addressing me directly and when he finally did and I told him that had it not been for his employees that i appreciate I would've already gone elsewhere, he "cancelled" my services! that's ok Efren, I will miss your employees but I feel so bad that they have to work with such a person as you who I will NOT miss. What comes around, goes around. One less headache for me. Adios!

So far, so great! I had to switch pool guys, and these guys came recommended. They had my pool clear as glass within a few days, and the pool was a MESS. I've had them 1 week and I'm happy. I'll update in a month.
