Auto Tech

Have been using them for a few years. They have been straight with me. Not cheap but fair prices. Owner and son are skilled and have been professional mechanics for years. They have very little turnover of employees.

We were backing our fifth wheel RV up a steep slope into our campsite at Rock Hound SP near Deming, NM, and noticed oil on the ground. The camp host recommend Auto Tech in Deming. We took our Ford F-250 in for a checkup and it turned out to be transmission fluid. They refilled the transmission and no leak could be detected. We used the truck all day and returned to have the transmission fluid checked that afternoon and it was still good. Auto Tech gave us two quarts of fluid to take with us and would not let me pay them for them. They are very good people and I highly recommend them.

As we were driving through New Mexico, the check engine light came on in our truck. I called Auto Tech on Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for Thursday at 10:30. They diagnosed the problem and reset it, and all seems well. They spent about 20 minutes and charged us nothing! Very pleasant guys, and we appreciate their help!
