This place does have a lot of fine rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. The best part of the visit is their ring museum. There are military, comics, class rings and Super Bowl rings.

I brought in my silver/turquoise ring to be sized and it was done to perfection. I noticed the silver/turquoise 'previously loved' jewelry they have there and I've been lucky enough to add some to my collection as I was wanting some authentic Indian bracelet/cuff pieces. The service is great, friendly, patient - highly recommend

I am sorry for others having a bad experience with sizing. I had two diamond rings sized down and appraised with 100% quality and efficiency. Very teasonable prices too.

I'm so impressed by Austin's. They gave me a great trade-in value on some jewelry I didn't wear anymore and I used it toward a couple of amazing pieces I found in their store. They have new and estate jewelry ranging from $10 to $35,000. If you are into jewelry, they have many styles as well as a great selection of Southwest and Native pieces. Also, they are very helpful, honest, and provide excellent customer service. They obviously take pride in their work and their store. Service was quick for ring resizing.

Ridiculous for the amount to size a simple ring! First I was told a certain amount and then the next it's $30 higher! Don't play with potential customers!!!!!

I had some simple questions about jewelry quality, some being cracked or not real after evaluating them and manager got really shady, stuttering and kicked me out after my discovery. Been evaluating jewelry all my life and this place is a no go.Do not recomend, dirty business. Very unprofessional. The other mall shops are better than this.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: First of all, I live an hour away but was attempting to support local businesses. Dropped my rings off, we decided to size up 1.5 sizes to accommodate for the thickness of two rings. Picked them up a week later and mentioned they still felt too small. I was brushed off as they were closing soon. Two weeks later I came into Las Cruces for a third time to ask them to resize again. Their website said they were open, but they were closed with just a paper sign on the door. I went to another jewelry store who sized them & discovered they had never been re sized at all - just sat in their warehouse for a week and was sent back, charging me full price for "sizing." Furious, I attempted to call to at least leave a voicemail and let them know directly how disappointing of an experience this has been seeing as they were closed. Voicemail was full. No respect for their customers in the slightest.

This place has the most eclectic collection! I love to go here. You can buy inexpensive earrings (under $10) or go for the high end stuff. They have a great collection of antique jewelry ring boxes (not for sale). They also have a great collection of small religious paintings for sale. The paintings are similar to Eastern-Rite Catholic Tryptichs. Like these: http://www.cenacle.co.uk/main.asp?category=IconsIt's a small place, but worth a visit.

This jewelry store has a great mix of fine jewelry (diamond rings, tennis bracelets, etc.) and Southwestern/American Indian silver gemstone jewelry. There's also a small ring museum that I confess I did not check out. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who helped me, but she was very personable and helpful. The best part was that I got stellar prices on some interesting, unique sterling silver jewelry! Also, it's not far from I-10, so it's not hard to visit if you'll be passing through Las Cruces on the road. I recommend a visit if you'll be in the vicinity.

We went in to sell some gold, very professional, no tricks, and very polite. Will return for a purchase in near future. The ring museum is very cool. Turns out our stuff wasn't real as we suspected but they were honest and professional about it even gave us advice on were to get good acid for checking ours was expired. The very tall deep voiced man treated us nicely.
