Pilots were 5-star; company/owners a 1-star.Be careful which equipment you choose!Chartered a 55 from Minneapolis to El Paso on 10/8/2020. Re-fueled in Lincoln, NE and once back at altitude did a hard left bank and emergency descent and landing in Salina, KS. Fuel valves malfunction and told we were "dangerously low level of fuel" because couldn't transfer from wings to central tank/engines. Pilot later told me, "Our 55's are all old and something is always breaking down on them." Calls into serious question their maintenance and concern for passenger safety. So, lesson here is, 1) Don't fly their 55's, and 2) Don't rely on any ARG/US notation as worth anything re: their practices. They did send a 35 up to finish our trip, so we arrived ~6 hours later than expected and in a cramped craft. Of course, no credit back, etc.
