I went there yesterday for advice because I installed a part in my Nissan. Mary owner reprogramed my computer on my car and reset the engine light. These ppl there are the best mechanics in. El Paso. Awsome ppl. Always helping me out with my car problems. Thank you very much I appreciate. You mucho.

Nothing to do with Covid, I had an appointment at 9:30Am, arrived at 9:28AM. Went inside and filled out the paper gave them my keys and they told me they were behind. I was the only person waiting for my vehicle, nobody else but the mailman came while i was there. They didn't take my car into the bay until 50 minutes past my appointment time. while it wasn't hot in the building it's still absolutely ridiculous that they couldn't fit in my oil change while they were doing entire repairs on other vehicles. Oil change is fast, could've had me in and out of there much faster. No car was moved out of the bay to fit my car in there when the time came, there was room. And then, an hour later of sitting after all that, they still charged $90 dollars LMAO. How are you going to make it my problem that you're behind? And then have my car in the bay 50 minutes past my appointment and still charge full price. Blows my mind that anyone goes here. I made an appointment specifically so I wouldn't have to wait that long since I am pregnant. Yet there I was sitting for an hour, nauseas and hot flashes, before they even moved my car. And then I paid $90 for that, lol. lololololol

Just retired from military, and just returned back home. My truck was dying so I didn't have time to search deeply so I took the recommendation of one of their employees about their quality and years of service. Well, They over price their parts, they replaced my alternator, batteries and clamps, told them to check also the electrical cause my ac lights inside didn't work, well either doing that or by carelessness they cracked, broke my dashboard. And like other places I've been to, they did not do a walk thru with me to show me what they had done, so I took it upon myself to check it, that's when I noticed the damage to the dashboard. The owner is assume took no responsibility for it and the mechanic she came with. There was a mechanic that almost spilled the beans but was afraid to lose his job, which I understand, but if someone would have owned to it, this ol veteran would have let it go if anyone had the integrity to say so. So I'll be seeing them in court, even if I don't win ill waste their time..
